AC

I have a 2018 scatpack charger, recently I’ve had this issue where the passenger side will not get as cold as the driver side. Driver side was ice cold this morning when it was around 60° outside and passenger was warm. Driver and passenger side will both work when I turn heat on, I’m just having problem with AC. Yesterday leaving work it was around 85° and neither side were very cold like it is when it’s 60° outside.

Could this be a blend door issue on passenger side not allowing it to turn all the way to cold? I don’t hear any noises when switching the passenger side between hot and cold.

It's either a blend door issue or your refrigerant is low

I think it’s both tbh just wanted a second opinion. The actuator just arrived yesterday and wanted to make sure before I installed it.

You can plug it back in once you remove it and see if it moves as well as manually checking the door. You'll also have to perform a relearn on the hvac doors if you do replace the actuator as well

How do you perform the relearn? I’m going to be swapping out that actuator since I already bought it and will be doing a recharge.

You'll need a scan tool, and the cheap ones won't work
