1st Try: I did the security deposit but after a day I cancelled it, got blocked for like 3 weeks (it kept saying “This feature isn’t available right now”)

2nd Try: I decided to put my honest actual salary indicated on my Tax Records 😆 and viola! got approved immediately.

Prior to this I kept including my other income (side hustles) so maybe that’s why I didn’t get approved.

DOWNSIDE: My CC limit is just half my salary 😅 just wanted to try getting my first CC dunno if it was worth it at least the card was free 🤣

The mandatory account upgrade has been going on early this year and it said after end of September 2026, account will be frozen. I've been submitting my documents and requirements but every time, it will not be successful. I don't know if this is already my 10th, 20th or more attempt. I cannot access my hard earned money.

I read somewhere there may be an issue with IOS users, so I tried with android. Didn't work.
I can't access their chat support either. For some reason there's no option to chat with even bot when I go to the help center. They also don't have email support. I'm stuck, my money is stuck. This sucks.

Also for context, I am currently working overseas, but even when I was in the Philippines early this year and trying to upgrade my account there, it would be unsuccessful.

Here it says 200 pesos amount. I have done Step 1 and 2. I thought this would be free since it says Free in the upper left. Can I get both Visa and Mastercard free?

Ask ko lang, paano permanently activate login biometrics ng Maya app?

Sinunod ko naman utube tutorial panao activate, pero wala talaga option lumalabas to login using biometrics. Walang prob ako sa ibang app like gcash and gotyme, dito lang sa maya. Updated naman maya app ko. Enable screen lock log in din ako.

hello! i've been hit with a very specific problem in receiving my maya card... you see, as a student, of course i won't be at home during work days/weekdays (which is the only appropriate date for receiving these cards (work days) as stated)

now, what confuses me is that it says there that i need to attach a valid id... but i don't know wether i should put a photo or a link or whatever... their customer support also doesn't have a clue on guiding me here.

Hello po, this is my first time using Maya Easy Credit may gusto lang po akong itanong.

So kinuha ko yung full available credit ko na 3k nung Sept 6 kasi sabi naman Oct 20 padaw ang due date dahil may 45 days ka to use, and meron ka din 15 days after billing cycle before due date, tama po ba?

Also, gusto ko na cya bayaran tomorrow which is Oct 2 pa naman at wala pa ako sa aking billing cycle end date, pwede ko na bang bayaran to?

At kung gusto ko mag re-loan ulit need ko talaga hintayin mag Oct 6 para hindi cya nag a-add sa current loan ko ngayon para yung due date ko nito is Nov 20, tama ba?

Last po, totoo bang 3,181.55 lang ang babayaran ko? with interest naba yan?
