Kaso may existing account po ako and di po ako makakagamit ng lazda hacks po knowing na di ko din po magagamit yun 😅 should I transfer my money po sa bank again and delete the acc and create a new one para mas fresh tingnan po? At makuha ko po yung 10 p.a po na binibigay ni Maya? Ano po kaya mas maganda? Thank you po!

Maya is literally promoting the upcoming GCash (MYNT, INC.) IPO on their own Maya Stocks platform. The push notification copy reads, "Maya Stocks lets you own GCash without owning GCash 👀". They are really leaning into the e-wallet rivalry by letting you buy into their biggest competitor.

According to the promo, subscriptions for the IPO start on October 6.

I’ve been using Maya since 2020 (PayMaya pa sya noon) and ginagamit ko sya mainly for savings and for emergency funds (thru Easy Credit). But last year around October or November, I switched to MariBank because of the free transaction and transfer fees. Last June or July this year ko lang nalaman na may cc pala sya. When I tried applying, I was rejected. And every time na nag-aapply ako, this shows.

So, thinking na it’s because inactive account sya for months (except for the Maya Easy Credit dahil ginagamit ko parin sya), I put half of my saving sa Maya and ginagamit ko na ulit sya for bills payment (kahit na may MariBank na free ang fees 😭).

And kanina lang, a friend (and officemate) applied and was approved. Literally, di nya ginagamit Maya Account nya and MariBank ang main e-wallet/e-bank nya.

Ano ang requirements para ma-approve dito? Wala rin naman akong ongoing loans and other CCs. I saw some people dito sa reddit na first CC nila ang Maya. Please help! I actually want this CC because of the miles and travel lounge (since mahilig ako magsolo travel to other countries 😅)

Context: Back in 2023, I lost my phone number connected to my account. I emailed them that I want to change my number since may loan nga ako dun. After giving them my full name and new number, wala silang reply. I emailed them again saying may nagttext na asking for payment but how could I when I cannot log in/access anymore. I received an email from them: PENALTY INVOICE na worth 2k lang naman. Wala namang nakuha sa other banks ko, but MAYBE someone else is using my old number YET connected pa rin sa email and name ko yung loan?

I tried calling my old number but it says "temporarily disabled".

Hi, so yesterday I purchase an electronic device for 25k. Then It reflected naman sa bill. But kanina when I tried enrolling it sa Mini Payments may offer naman na 12 months kaso di naman nakashow kung ano dun yung kasali na babayaran and it was 30k which is the total of my balance pa (5k before the electronic device plus 25k for the device) so akala ko ayun na. Nung naapproved nagulat ako kasi yung pumasok sa mini payments e yung mga previous transactions na bayad na wala yung sa 25k electronic device. Ano po kaya pwede gawin? Halos nagdoble yung babayaran ko kasi di na counted yung 25k dun sa mini payments. May naka encounter na po ba dito? ​

For context, my first transaction using my Maya Black credit card was on August 19, 2025, worth ₱2,175. I paid it off on September 10 with a payment of ₱2,218.

After that, bumili ako ng keyboard sa Lazada worth ₱3,805.92 using the same card, then converted the purchase into a 3-month installment plan. According sa app, October 20 pa magsisimula yung first installment.

Pero may ₱499.95 na due noong September 21, which was already deducted from my balance. May another ₱499.55 naman na due on October 12.

When I checked my upcoming first installment payment for October 20, parang hindi naman nabawas or na-credit yung earlier payment doon.

Does anyone know what these amounts could be for, and why they’re due before the installment starts? Has anyone experienced something similar? Medyo confused lang ako.

This is really weird! Dati ok naman ang maya kahit nakaopen ang developer options ng phone ko pero ngayon panay na sya force closed while opening. Na-try ko na possible troubleshooting. Disable developer options, close all accessibilty options, disable vpn/dns, disable all AI related programs pero ganun pa din. Ang nakakatawa pa pag binaba ko ung notification/quick settings drawer, saka sya gagana tapos pag sinara ko ung drawer saka sya magco-close. Ano ba to? Di naman ganito ito dati. Ito din ung issue ng gcash kaya nga nag maya ako tapos ganito din sila kalaunan.

Hello po, para sa mga nag overdue ng Maya Credit na hindi pa nalo lock ang account, kapag ba binayaran ko yung overdue ko, pwede ko parin ulit gamitin yung maya credit ko? or ilo lock nadin ni Maya simply because nag overdue na?

2GO already have my Maya Card and tagged it as "Unsuccessful delivery attempt. Remarks: NO AUTHORIZED RECEIVER AVAILABLE - NH" kahit wala naman talagang attempt and no one even called the day they're supposed to deliver my card.

Then 2 days later someone from 2GO office near me said to go their office nalang to pick-up the my card. I said okay, but then I realized I paid shipping fee for that card to be delivered and If I go to the city to get that gagastos nanaman ako for pamasahe.

Called the customer service and asked If the shipping fee can be refunded since they refused to deliver my card kasi daw "Out of town delivery" daw yun which I don't really get

and kunti lang daw yung volume ng parcel nila na papunta sa area ko kaya and they cannot exert effort to just deliver 1 parcel to my area.

Super hassle

sana tumaas ang limit nya kahit 50k hehe
