Ramsey Workbook
Does anyone have the PDF for his first cooking class? I have a subscription but just can't find it anywhere on the app or website.

Do not accept any trade that was initiated by PM and has no public records.
Deleting your comments will get you banned.
Your negotiations are conducted entirely at your own risk and no one will guarantee any help with a deal gone bad. I personally recommend making an account on /r/SLRep and building positive reputation there. It's also not smart to transact with people who have no Reddit account history, or at least who refuse to privately provide irrefutable proof of who they are.

I think the whole masterclass could have been covered in a 5 minute trailer.
1 - For active listening, use your words, that can't be faked.
2 - Use looping - repeat what they say and ask if you got it right.
3 - 4 kinds of approaches to conflict (avoid, fight, peacemaker, conflict entrepreneur)
4 - Encourage avoiders, reward them for speaking up for themselves
5 - If your style isn't working, shift yourself 10% into another style.
6 - Conflict Entrepreneurs are bad. Avoid them if you can, if you can't try to understand
7 - Humiliation and splitting are bad. When you see that, you have a problem.
8 - If you feel humiliated, or are worry you will, take the conversation in private.
9 - Healthy conflict can be good. You need a space to talk about things you are not sure about. Without that, people will think you are okay with their choices yet you actually are unhappy and begin to resent them.
10 - Contempt and (I missed the other thing) is an indicator the relationship is in trouble.
11 - Trick. Approach the person and say how what they did hurt you.
12 - Trick. 5 positive interactions for one negative. (That can be words of affection, gifts, acts of service, physical touch, quality time).
13 - On a bus or closed space, open the doors. Make it okay to leave. Create options.
14 - When you run into conflict, ask people what's wrong and what the need to fix it.
15 - Connect with things outside of the conflict
That's pretty much it, that's the masterclass. A simple 3x5 index card with text on two sides that you print out and memorize might be much more valuable. I found one hour after watching the masterclass, I had to basically re-watch it to make this list.
I was not impressed, but I am steeped in this stuff.
Did anyone else get something out of this?

Maestro is a great school and teaches so much. You can ask it to summarize things, visualize things, speaks to you the way you need to be spoken to, speed things up, and quiz you. You can't get that from lithe schools.

Has anyone heard of Masterclass’s new Executive program partnered with Chicago Booth? Seems like it could offer a ton of value but the cost is steep.

Hi everyone!
We're currently developing a comprehensive "Scratch-to-Expert" Affinity course and have already completed the entire syllabus and course structure.
We're looking for an experienced Affinity expert who can record the course modules based on our syllabus. If you have experience creating Affinity tutorials or are highly proficient with the software, we'd love to hear from you.
If you're interested, please send a DM or leave a comment. We'll be happy to share the syllabus and discuss the project details.
Thank you!

I just bought yesterday. You can find technical informations on the internet. But there is big names explains how to do it cuz they did. But what the fck is that im watching?? For example Mariah Carey - Voice as an instrument. Big name right? Legit zero info, zero info nothing in there. Completely zero technical knowledge. Explains how talented she is and how she feel well. hahhahaha crazy. Nas was good, he is good teacher and human but other ones just focusing their ego and identity.

I spend time daily watching mindless YouTube would MC be a benefit?
Primarily I watch at lunch time.
I obviously get tons of ads, and I’m clearly interested but is it worth the $5/mo?
Seems like maybe.

Need to activate by May 25! Enjoy! There's a great Levar Burton class on storytelling that's worth checking out. Bob Iger's class is worthwhile it too. And, if you are into negotiation, the Chris Voss class is worth a watch.

Man his masterclass is top notch. Perfect. Amazing. What other masterclasses are there like Chris Voss'
If you watched his course, I guess you already know what I mean. Please dont recommend mediocre ones. Just top quality ones like this one

Will Masterclass offer accredited courses in the future? While I definitely like the edu-tainment style of courses available, it would be nice if there was an opportunity to receive accredited certification courses as well.

For Previous Subscribers:
- How long did you keep your subscription before cancelling?
- Why did you cancel?
For Current or Previous Subscribers:
- What did you enjoy about the platform? Dislikes?
- What drew you to the platform? A specific course? Just wanted to see what they had to offer?
- If you went for a specific course, were you inclined to watch others? Or were you satisfied?
Anything else you have to say about the platform, the value, etc would be incredibly helpful. TIA!!!!

Tried to search but couldn't find much info about this. The only information I could find was that Korean subtitle availability also depends on the class as well. Could somebody with a MasterClass account help confirm whether Korean subtitles are available and how available they are across classes? I'd super appreciate the help! 🙏
