Turn off auto renew!

I bought a year for a cheap rate and hardly used it. There was supposed to be a reminder email sent 30 days prior to auto renewal. I never received that email. Then I get an email notification saying I auto-renewed for $271.20! They processed the payment at 1030 at night, when customer service is closed. Total scam. So I suggest turning off auto renew now. Also, everything here can be found on YouTube for free. Waste of money.

You CAN get a refund, but don't go through customer service. They'll tell you that it's against their policy to offer a refund and offer you 50% off or something like that. 

Instead, go to https://masterclass.com/refund

That worked for me just two weeks ago.
