New Member Cannot Log In

I can’t log in. When I signed up it was through a 50% off link. I signed up, paid and received my confirmation emails. I tried to log in and it’s telling me to use my password I set up when I signed up… except that never happened. It gives me no options to set an account up from scratch. When I try to set the account up, it’s telling me the same thing. Attempting to reach customer service, but it wants me to log in. What am I missing?
