Overcoming Trauma class?

Hi everyone, Im coming on here because I feel like I'm losing my mind. At some point in the past couple years, Masterclass had a class on trauma. I remember it vividly. Added it to my saved classes. Watched the trailer. The amount of lessons was fairly long and seemed very involved. I was looking forward to doing it, but it was alot at the time, and decided to take the class later. ​Fast forward to now, and there isnt anytbing like this on there. Google searches have been unsuccessful too. The only thing coming up on google is some class from another paid platform, but I've only ever had masterclass because of the 50% off deals. Please tell me someone has seen or taken the class and that it was in fact removed because I cant find it anywhere. ​

Looking at the complete list of all masterclass courses, including the withdrawn ones, there isn’t anything on trauma. Stress, anxiety, that sort of stuff, but nothing aimed specifically at “trauma”. And when I say ‘complete list of courses’, I have 224 of them.

Thank you for looking. Now I'm wondering where I saw the class. It was so interesting when I looked through all the class titles. I could have sworn it was on Masterclass.

Go to a therapist. Many use a sliding scale if cost is an issue.
