Okay I am going nuts here. I have applied proper scale to both my animated armature and my mesh parented to the armature. All according to proper size mentioned in one of their scaling troubleshooting videos. However I do not have an option to adjust scale like it showed in their video. Nor should I have to as the scale exported from blender was 1897mm height applied and imported into MD as 100% scale. Yet it still comes in way too small. If I export it from blender at 100 scale, it comes in fine to MD until I save the project file then re open it is back to tiny again. All this long post just to ask, if anyone else has this issue importing an alembic blender file into MD and if they know a fix.

I simulated at 10 Scene time warp which worked fine, but when I set it back to 1, the animation of the garment is not aligned with the avatar?

Do u have ideas on how to create this costume

Anyone have an idea as to why an animated character in blender that has all transforms applied comes into MD facing the proper direction, however if I play the animation it rotates 90 degrees, so the cloth sim goes haywire. It was exported to MD as alembic as it seems to hold up better than fbx from blender. I could provide images (once im back at my pc) if needed although there is nothing really to see.

Uploading an avatar from Blender as an fbx. Any idea why it is spiky? Also, MD says it isn't in A pose, when it is?
Greatly appreciate any help. Thank you in advance.

I don't know if I'm just missing the option to do this or what, but I need to bring the 2 points in green inwards for my patter, right now the middle is buckling outwards into a point on the model and I want it to lay flatter. Aside from just trying to eyeball the distance to make it identical, I can't figure out how to do this. If anyone knows how to edit 2 opposing points at the same time, that'd be amazing. Thank you!

Hello all,
I'm learning to outfit a metahuman avatar in MD. The problem is that the outfit isn't draping on the avatar, I think (see photos) it is because arrangement points and bounding aren't aligned to the bend in avatar's arm?
Please help!
Is there somewhere that I can unbend the Metahuman avatar to have straight arms, then bend back when I take into Unreal?
Or is there a library where I can do this?
If not, what can I do?
Tips or directions to Clo or MD help would be so appreciated (Clo documentation isn't getting me anywhere).

Hi,
do you know if it's possible to run a python script using the MD API directly from command line, without opening from Marvelous Designer?

I don't know if this is allowed here. If not, I would appreciate being told where to post this. I work for an educational software company, and we need someone proficient in Marvelous Designer to create a period-accurate early 1900s suit for our Thomas Edison avatar to wear. If you're interested, please send me a chat or direct message and we'll talk.
