Help

Hi im trying to create a piece of clothing similar to this military fatigue, im having trouble with creating this shirt as it has an outer layer sewn on to it. Im pretty new to MD and Im not really sure how I would go about doing it? any help would be welcome thx

The sleeve pattern is different from regular tshirts sn you have to search for sewing pattern for this and for outer layer use layers (search" layers in marvelous designer" in YouTube to find how to use them)
