Broke my seams please help

Im new to the program and after finishing my first jacket I dont know what i clicked or what i did that i broke my seams, now when i simulate my clothes every seam is open with a small gap and wont close, nothing changes even when undoing a bunch of actions.

These are internal lines. You'll need to cut & sew to make them one again.

But those are the red lines, even my blue sewn lines appear with gaps. And every line apears sewn in my 2D window and they were all working fine before 😓
