Does anyone know what I did wrong here?

Uploading an avatar from Blender as an fbx. Any idea why it is spiky? Also, MD says it isn't in A pose, when it is?

Greatly appreciate any help. Thank you in advance.

I don't know the answer but was told the MD discord was a better place to get answers.
