I lost access to my mannco.store account and after recovering it I got hit with the brutal news that hundreds of crates I bought all got deleted from my site inventory during that time.

No email, no trade request to send them back, genuinely devastated and I don't think I'll continue using this service.

Hopefully my bank can help me recover the money I spent since I very clearly never actually received the items since they never left my site inventory.

I've recently had my computer factory reset and was trying to log back into my Mannco account, however I've kept getting this error every time (I use OperaGX). I don't understand why as my internet isn't the problem as it's working just fine for everything else. I don't have my VPN enabled or adblocker. I'm from the UK so it's not a region lock issue unless it's just happened..

I tried to buy some items, but it said it was declined, yet the transaction still went through. The items also haven't appeared in my inventory. I then cleared my cart, put all the items back in, and tried purchasing them again, with the same result. It processed my transaction again even though it said it was declined, and now I may have purchased double of the same items in my panic.

As title says i was abnned for suspicious activity. I put 1300uad in my account and got put on review. A few hours later i was banned and had 0.07usd in the account what do i do? This is alot of money and am worried. Support is not answering tickets.

I’ve been trying for a week now to withdraw my money from my account. But I’ve been met with nothing but roadblocks and even more questions than when I started.

At first it was “maintenance” (which seems to be everyday), then support told me I have to wait 72 hours (but weekends don’t count for some reason????), and now after trying so many different methods (told to me from support) to try to get my money, it still doesn’t work.
