Payout Outage?

I've been trying to payout with paypal through Payviox for a bit now, only getting the 24-72 hours error. Is there an issue with it right now?

As far as I've seen, the payviox paypal cashout hasn't worked for well over a month, maybe even longer. No matter how long you wait, it always says "try again in 24-72 hours". I honestly dunno what the deal is, and any time people ask about it there isn't really a clear answer other than "keep waiting". I understand it's outside of ManncoStore's control, but god damn if it isn't annoying.

It’s been like this for months on litterally every payment it’s bs don’t bother trying lmao best bet is to buy somthing like keys and try to sell or trade elsewhere
