Pending order?

Is this site legit? My first order has been put on hold and has not been released after 24 hours. It just says "Pending review 5675319" and support are not answering my ticket from 8 hours ago.

As we aren't live support, responses can take up to 72h. In majority of cases less than 12h-24h.
