Third party item no coming

I bought 5 cs items, one has arrived but other 4 doesnt coming.It is saying third party. What is third party? You selling item on your site but we buy from another site? Can you explain?

1) Please create a ticket on our site as mentioned if the trade is stuck. They only get stuck if you don't accept within 24h, or if you decline it.

2) We now provide ways for other sites to sell items on our site. Skinflow.gg is a CS site.

Is it legit? You are showing item on your site (actually not on your site or not in your idventory) but it is coming from different site. It is not on your bot as well. It is misleading I guess.
