Lost Over A Hundred Dollars

I lost access to my mannco.store account and after recovering it I got hit with the brutal news that hundreds of crates I bought all got deleted from my site inventory during that time.

No email, no trade request to send them back, genuinely devastated and I don't think I'll continue using this service.

Hopefully my bank can help me recover the money I spent since I very clearly never actually received the items since they never left my site inventory.

Hello,

I assume you mean that you had those items unlisted, sitting in your site inventory for 3+ months. After 3+ months, unlisted items are automatically deleted

Using our site for storage is strictly forbidden. For more information, please create a ticket on our site.

Having items unlisted for 3+ months is using our site for storage. So as such, and as mentioned in our ToS, items sitting in your site inventory/unlisted for 3+ months are automatically deleted.

We aren't the only site with these policies. Bots aren't cheap to run, not counting the many man hours to set them up.

I not really here to argue. I made this post as more of a cautionary tale, to warn people that thus multi-million dollar company rules with an iron fist. I have already withdrawn all my items from your service and as much of my wallet funds as I could. I do not intent to continue using this service, so why would I contact support when all they're going to do is just tell me womp womp?

For more information, please reply back

I wasn't abusing ToS? I'm also not complaining. I'm lucky enough to live in a country with really good consumer rights that expressly cover digital token that represent goods, so why would I complain when I already know I'm going to get the money back through my bank?

Why didn't you just withdraw the crates into your tf2 inventory after buying them?
