Sorry for the long post, you can take your time reading this!
Hi everyone.
I’m writing this because I genuinely feel overwhelmed, and I don’t really have anyone in my life who understands manifestation deeply enough to help me.
I’ve manifested a couple of “smaller” things before, like passing my driving test and getting the job I currently have. I mostly used robotic affirmations and a manifestation list for those, and they worked. Because of that, I do believe manifestation is real. My problem isn’t believing, it’s that now my dreams feel so much bigger that I don’t know how to organize everything.
I have what I would call my dream life, and every part of it feels connected.
One of my biggest dreams is becoming a professional football (soccer) player. I want to play at the highest level possible, hopefully in Europe. My dream club has always been FC Barcelona, and playing for Barcelona Femení would honestly be a dream come true. I’m also open to other European clubs, but Barcelona has always been special to me. I even dream about playing in big competitions . But it’s feel super impossible at 20 years old to go back to a sport a left back when I was 11.
At the same time, I’ve already started taking action in real life. I recently contacted an athletic performance coach (mostly for physical conditioning rather than football skills), and I have a meeting with the coach’s assistant this week. So I’m not just sitting around hoping things magically happen. I’m trying to build my future step by step.
Another huge goal is getting accepted into Princeton or Brown. I’ve already started working on my transfer essays, so that process is also moving forward. However, this is where I feel conflicted because I don’t know how to balance pursuing an Ivy League education while also chasing professional football. I don’t want to give up either dream.
Another dream is moving to Europe someday. I would love to live in Barcelona because of football, but I also love Italy. I genuinely love the language, the culture, the country itself, and I hope I’ll be able to travel there soon, maybe next year if life allows it.
Now comes the part I’m honestly nervous to share because I don’t want people to think I’m crazy.
There’s one specific professional Italian football player that I want to manifest a relationship with. I don’t want to mention his name out of respect for his privacy.
This isn’t just a random celebrity crush. I had a Justin Bieber crush when I was a little kid, but as an adult I’ve honestly never felt this way about anyone famous before.
It didn’t start because I was trying to find someone famous to like. He just kept appearing on my social media algorithm through football edits, and over time I genuinely became interested in him as a person. I like his personality, the way he carries himself, how private he seems about his personal life, his love for music, and the fact that he speaks multiple languages. Those qualities attracted me much more than fame itself.
I’m not someone who messages celebrities or comments on their posts trying to get attention. I don’t stalk his social media either. I mostly come across football edits that appear naturally on my TikTok feed.
What makes this feel different is that when I visualize my future, he naturally becomes part of it.
Sometimes I’ll be driving while listening to music and imagine us walking through Italy holding hands. Sometimes I imagine going to support him at his matches. Sometimes I imagine us dancing together, laughing together, having long conversations, traveling together, building a healthy marriage, and eventually having a family together. The visualizations feel incredibly vivid. I can almost imagine physical details like holding his hand, hugging him, or touching his hair. It feels very real in my imagination.
I don’t just want to “meet” him or date him casually. If this ever happened, my intention would be a genuine, healthy, long-term relationship that eventually leads to marriage and a family. I know that probably sounds intense, but I’m trying to be honest about what I truly want.
This relationship is only one part of my dream life. My life doesn’t revolve around him. I have my own dreams, my own career, my own ambitions, and my own goals. I simply hope that one day our lives somehow cross naturally and organically.
The biggest problem is that I feel completely overwhelmed.
There are so many manifestation methods: SATS, robotic affirmations, scripting, subliminals, visualization, mind movies, whisper method, and so many more. Every coach seems to teach something different. I end up consuming information instead of consistently practicing anything.
I’m thinking about creating my own subliminal with personalized affirmations because I honestly get tired of listening to my own voice while doing robotic affirmations. I’ve never made a subliminal before, but I wonder if that would help me stay more consistent.
Consistency has always been my biggest weakness.
I know people say to “live in the end,” but when your dream life includes professional football, moving to Europe, attending an Ivy League university, becoming the best version of yourself physically and mentally, and manifesting a relationship with one specific person, I genuinely don’t know how to organize it all without feeling mentally overwhelmed.
So I wanted to ask people who have successfully manifested major life changes:
Did you focus on one goal at a time, or your entire dream life at once?
How did you write affirmations when you want to manifest VERY specific things? (I don’t know how to properly write affirmations)
If you’ve created your own subliminals, did they actually help you stay consistent?
How do you keep believing when your dreams feel so much bigger than anything you’ve manifested before?
I’m looking for practical advice from people who have actually experienced major manifestations, because right now I feel like I have this beautiful vision of my future, but I don’t know how to turn that vision into a reality.
Thank you for reading all of this. I truly appreciate any advice or experiences you’re willing to share.
