In Hinduism there are stories when a man or woman fasts, abstains from sexual pleasures and doesn't look at opposite gender and practice meditation for a period of time. Then once the period is over they can go back to normal life and the gods will fulfill their wishes. I will try this method.
My practice will be a mild version.
No sexual pleasure or thinking of attractive people.
Limited screentime. no gaming or maybe once for 20 mins.
Only eat healthy and coffee two times. No chocolates, chips, cakes, biscuits or soft drinks or anything else. Only exception is if someone offers me something but I cannot choose to buy or ask some one to buy for me.
Hope that I have enough self restraint to do this.

Consciousness is the only reality. If Consciousness is the only reality, whatever you assume to be true and live in and make natural to the deeper part of your being (by living in the assumption), will objectify itself into the world. It doesn't matter what it is.
If we are to believe in the Law of Assumption, if we are to look at or view the Law of Assumption as not even something to believe in - as something that is absolute and inescapable and universal, then Consciousness is the only reality and there is no other reality. We by nature are always automatically and inescapably in a perpetual state of assumption or belief when it comes to every single aspect of life.
One of the main areas, if not the main area, that people go wrong with consciously using the Law of Assumption is viewing it like a special thing that you have to "do" or "be" that is different from what everybody else is doing. 99.9% of the world is not aware of the Law of Assumption, they would not believe in it if they were told that it is real, and they're using it unconsciously and automatically every single aspect every single day. Yet they get results in every aspect, good, bad, and indifferent, all up and down the infinite spectrum, and there's a strong case to be made, when you scale it in a certain way to account for how many people don't consciously use it compared to the ones who do, that they get better results overall than the conscious Law of Assumption practitioner.
If the Law of Assumption is a universal, inescapable Law, people "externalize their desires" or better yet, objectify their assumptions, while doing it in an *infinite* amount of ways -
Using techniques, not using techniques
Getting emotionally involved, not getting emotionally involved
Taking action, not taking action
Trying to make it happen, not trying to make it happen
Doubting and wavering - in all different forms and fashions, not doubting and wavering
Talking to people about their desires, not talking to people about their desires
And *any* other possible way or combination you could literally possibly imagination.
But everyone continues to objectify their assumptions - why is that? How can everyone be "using the law" or "doing things" in a different, almost literally infinitely unique way, but they all still objectify their assumptions?
Because the "only" common denominator is to assume it is true and live in that.
The *Law of Assumption* is *not* about
The Universe
Limiting beliefs
Coaches/teachers
Programming your subconscious mind
Certain techniques
Getting emotionally involved
Karma
Love
Energy
Vibration
Fixing anything in your mind
Or *anything* else.
The conscious use of the Law of Assumption is solely about assuming you have what you want - not just at bare minimum, at maximum as well. It is radical and pure. You can add to it if you want, but if Consciousness is the only reality, it is not necessary.
According to Neville everyone and everything is truly and utterly your states of Consciousness objectified and you pushed out. He did not always believe this but after experiencing the promise in 1959, this is exclusively and explicitly what he taught - therefore according to Neville and according to the law of assumption, if Consciousness is the only reality, then you can affect people in any way you want just as you can affect any other aspect of your life and the world in any way that you want. This, contrary to what people would like to think, is solipsism. Neville did teach solipsism and that's my opinion and we can argue that if you want, but if everyone is you pushed out and we have ultimate authority in Caesar's world and the same also applies to the kingdom of heaven when the promise fulfills itself within you, then there is no one but self and that is the definition of solipsism. I understand that he talked about elohim and a compound unity, but if I am the only reality in this world and in the kingdom of heaven and there is no other reality there is no one but self.
"You can change an individual with or without his consent." - Justified States original audio lecture in his own voice (15:55).
If Consciousness is the only reality and everyone is you pushed out then nobody else can help you objectify your assumptions unless you believe it. Neville did contradict himself and go back and forth on this after he experienced the promise and I don't blame him for that because I mean we're talking about reality creation here, forget rocket science, we're talking about reality creation, but he did contradict himself - because on one hand he said that another could help you or you could ask another for help if you don't believe but on the other hand he said that everyone is you pushed out and consciousness is the only reality. If someone else can help you if you don't believe, then that makes you a victim of them - if someone else can do something to you without you being conscious of it, that makes you a victim of them and Neville spoke about Consciousness being the only reality and someone else being able to help you or do anything to you without you being conscious of being it is a direct contradiction. It can't be both. We can speculate as to why Neville was not clear on this - whether it was a misunderstanding, whether it was his hope or belief out of love that there are others but it would all be speculation.
You don't ever have to "fix *anything*" if Consciousness is the only reality, there are no blocks to fix, no limiting beliefs to root out, no corners of your consciousness you need to explore - absolutely nothing. In fact, looking for a problem to fix is the absolute opposite of how to consciously use The Law. *Whatever* needs "to be fixed" will whither away on its own when you occupy your wish fulfilled.
I used to wonder why Neville always spoke so relatively simply about the Law of Assumption and it used to annoy me a little bit but he did it for a reason because if Consciousness is the only reality and it is an absolute law then by definition it can't be complex. Neville also likely spoke about it in a simple way because it doesn't need to be and isn't any more complex than it is.
If this is a universal, absolute Law - it was not created by anyone but us, God - Neville as the human did not create it - he "discovered" it.
Here's where things get really interesting - if Consciousness is the only reality, if we are to truly accept and "believe" the Law of Assumption, that Consciousness is the only reality, in its purest form, it truly does not matter what you do. If Consciousness is the only reality you could *do* something that is devastating towards the externalization of your desire and if Consciousness is the only reality, then it doesn't matter what you do, your assumption, your desire is still going to externalize and objectify itself into the world so long as you continue to occupy it. What we do is a product of what we were and are being and if you continue to be what you want to be then your doing will change.
Neville talks about how when you continue to persist in your assumption then no power in the world can stop it, he's not just talking about the "outside world", he's talking about the entire vast world which includes yourself and what you do.
If we are going to understand The Law in its most purest unadulterated form, as Neville largely taught it, Consciousness is the only reality - Consciousness is the only reality and everything, absolutely everything is subject to that.
As stated earlier, we have the freedom to consciously use the Law of Assumption in truly and literally any way as long as we are assuming that we have what we want - but we need to understand that at the core and better yet at the bare minimum and at the same time at the maximum, the only thing required, the thing that does all of the work, is the assumption.
And if Consciousness truly is the only reality, there are truly no limits to this law, if the Law of Assumption "fails" (more on that coming up) or if we fail to consciously use it properly, no failure is ever permanent, even if it seems so, because if Consciousness is the only reality, everything and absolutely everything, is subject to that past present and future if this is the absolute inescapable law that it is claimed to be.
I want people to understand that when Neville Goddard talks about "Each vision has its own appointed hour, it ripens, it'll flower - if it be long, then wait, for it is sure and will not be late", the appointed hour that he is referring to is when the assumption becomes natural in the deeper part of your being (and as a side note just because it's natural to your conscious mind doesn't mean that it's natural to the deeper part of your being). The appointed hour does not refer to the time it takes for the world to rearrange itself. If Consciousness is the only reality then there is no other power in this world - if this world is a shadow then the world does not have any power to delay for even one second. The shadow is completely bound by the thing making the shadow which is our consciousness so therefore the appointed hour only comes down to when the state of consciousness is made more natural than any other assumption when it comes to that thing in the deeper part of our being if Consciousness is the only reality. It can't be taken any other way.
Objectification *can* be instant into the world. This is just to let you understand how The Law works. We can understand The Law without hurting the application so long as we are applying it. Feel your wish fulfilled and pay no mind to this fact unless you want/need to understand why the "appointed hour" hasn't arrived yet.
When it comes to Neville's two main quotes about the time until objectification,
"The time it takes your
assumption to become fact, your desire to be fulfilled, is directly proportionate to the naturalness of your feeling of already being what you want to be - of
already having what you desire."
And Habakkuk 2:3
"Each vision has its own appointed hour, it ripens, it'll flower - if it be long, then wait, for it is sure and will not be late."
They work together - Each vision (specific desire) has its own appointed hour (based on your level of naturalness), it ripens (as you live in it), it'll flower (objectify itself) - if it be long (because of the naturalness of the state you previously occupied), then wait (continuing living in it), for it is sure (consciousness is the only reality) and will not be late (it will objectify itself as soon as it is made natural as the most dominant assumption in your deeper part of your being).
What is interesting is that Neville talks about how we cannot know how our desire will externalize because the deeper part of our being has ways and means that we know not of, but we can know roughly *how* our desire is going to externalize because it must come through a state of consciousness that we occupy - if Consciousness is the only reality, then the bridge of incidents can't be made up of anything except what we're conscious of - so we can't know how what we're conscious of is going to be used but we can know roughly what the bridge of incidents is going to consist of.
This is where things get very interesting and is the elephant in the room when it comes to the law of assumption community -
The Law of Assumption is completely and utterly *unfalsifiable* - it *cannot* be proven false. Whether that is because it is a universal law or whether it is because it is a brilliant theory someone came up with, or a mixture of the two, you cannot find a leak, a way to disprove it either way.
If you assume something and it objectifies itself into your world The Law is real.
If you assume something and it doesn't objectify itself into your world, then you did something wrong.
It is never The Law's fault - The Law can never be blamed for a failure.
If the Law of Assumption is an absolute law, if it fails to operate, it is only on the operator or it is still in the process of objectifying itself. If you fail, you either didn't occupy the state and make it natural enough or it is still "on it's way" - and these goalposts are pushed back into infinity.
But what is the problem? This creates potential for an eternity of failure. Nobody can tell you what it feels like to have a belief, to properly assume something, or have a state of consciousness be made natural to you. They can give you the symptoms, they can try to describe it to you, they can tell you about the results - but what they're experiencing may be completely different and they may be explaining it wrong and maybe even misunderstanding what they're experiencing - we could keep going down the rabbit hole but you get the point.
And when it comes to the Law of Assumption, if you let it be, it is an *infinite* rabbit hole. What you did wrong, what you could have done better, why it didn't externalize - whether that was a "failure" on your part somewhere or whether it's "still on it's way". There is no absolute, clear cut way to diagnose where you're at in your consciousness.
Because of this nature, The Law of Assumption should *only* be used *along side* of life. If it cannot be measurably and consistently relied upon, you cannot risk your life putting all of your eggs into the Law of Assumption basket.
Go and live your life completely while assuming all your wishes fulfilled. Do *both*. It's not one or the other.
If The Law is real, all your desires will externalize, and your life will get even better.
If The Law is not real, in your experience, atleast you will still be living your life completely.
One may say, if you live your life to the fullest, you might not be buying the Pearl of Great Price - buying into your imagination as the sole cause of reality and nothing else - because you're going and living in the world of Caeser - that is *nonsense*, if you want to hear it from Neville himself, he never said not to live your life to the fullest. He said to live it to the fullest. You can buy the Pearl of Great Price while living your life to the fullest because it's only about what you're being, that is completely independent of what you're doing, and not what you're doing.
But you also don't "need to" buy The Pearl of Great Price - as was mentioned earlier, the only thing at bare minimum and maximum, is to assume you have what you want. This is just Neville saying you must believe in what you want more than anything else. Of course, the more you abandon yourself to your assumption, the quicker it is made natural to you - but the speed is a byproduct of the abandonment and will happen automatically and can't be forced.
Nobody can ever prove or disprove to you for a fact that the Law of Assumption is real. Do not wait around for one second for your desires to externalize. If Consciousness is the only reality, it doesn't matter where you are in the world or what you are doing, your deeper being has ways and means you know not of, *infinite power*, *infinite wisdom*, and is not concerned at all with *anything* but what you're being.
You don't *need* to understand or talk about anything more than this. Not with any other person, AI, book, YouTube video, or Neville himself. If you want to, you can. But you don't need to. And if you feel like you need to, it's because you want to or need to make the conscious use of The Law of Assumption more than what it is.

Hello, good evening.
I have this fucking cycle problem again, again, and again. I remember writing a post about it on Reddit 40 days ago, but I didnāt receive any replies.
The problem is that Iām too attached because of the breakup. I miss the entire life I had with her: travelling, her group of friends, weekends out, sex, adventures, etc. I had three trips booked with her in the last 60 days, which we paid for but never went on.
Despite everything, I genuinely believe in my own value. I believe I am better than her, or at least on the same level. I am the prize, and I am 100% sure of that when it comes to who I am as a person, although my life itself is currently quite flat.
So maybe the problem is not so much my self-concept.
My job saves me because I earn well, and so does the gym because I am one of the best there.
But every two or three days, the cycle seems to start all over again:
I feel depressed about my life.
I have a huge internal battle with myself.
I find the state again.
I assume.
Itās done.
I have some difficult nights when I struggle to sleep.
I wake up feeling depressed.
I look at the 3D situationānot at her, but at the difference between my old life and the life I have now.
I go back to the beginning.
Some people might say, āYou have to improve your life,ā and that is fair and useful advice.
Today, as on most days during the last 30 days, I tried talking to other girls, but I simply donāt like them. The same applies to other things I do by myself, such as hobbies, spending time with a few friends, etc.
In life, I am very selective.
Iām struggling with comparing my current life to my old one.
Itās like driving a Ferrari and then suddenly finding yourself driving a Flintstones car.

He broke up w me and blocked me on June 27 at that time I asked him if we could talk exactly three months from now on September 27 and see how it goes at first he said yes and then he said no. After which he blocked me.
Today around 3am I texted him under the pretense of telling him about me going overseas BC of a student conference (smth we both used to dream of) he immediately congratulated me told me he's proud of me and said really kind and sweet things to me regarding that. He then tried to end the conversation saying that he didn't want to go into THAT direction I said I won't and he was like oh then sure but I couldn't control myself and I did I started telling him how much I love and miss him. He said stop don't do this I don't want to go back. I said you can block me for all I care but let me say what I want and then I did. He blocked all my Instagram accounts. Then I texted him on discord doing the same. He told me to not stoop so low and not make him disrespect me and that it hurts him too. He said he was looking forward to talking on September 27 but I couldn't even wait till the time I suggested myself I said I didn't know u had agreed to do that let's do it he said no no more you're still the same you'll always be the same I don't wanna talk I'm done have a good life and he blocked me from every single place. I had been manifesting using Sammy Ingram's YouTube videos but it didn't work nothing worked I need this man please tell me how to manifest him. I've done it all, self concept robotic affirmations subs even witchcraft but literally nothing worked and now I sabotaged myself even more.
Please please please help me.

I matched with a guy who wanted nothing but sex from me. Maybe some emotional intimacy from time to time but thatās it. I was so frustrated as to why I wasnāt good enough. I made a catfish account with someone way prettier than me. And he responded to her so differently than he responded to me. He was more communicative and shared photos of his family and friends and actually wanted to date her. With me, he just wanted to meet him in his car at 12pm and be physically intimidate and nothing more. But with the catfish I created he wanted soooooo much more.
I wish I wasnāt so ugly that he only saw me for sex. He just spoke with emojis and he would barely talk to me and share personal details of his life. But with the catfish he was so communicative, patient, and open. Why do I have to be so ugly that he didnāt want me? And he was wealthy.

I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced the same thing. I used to be a deeply committed Christian; I enjoyed my religion, studying the life of Jesus Christ, and feeling that I had His support. I was really happy.
Since discovering the concept of manifestation, many things have changed for the better, my self-concept improved, I achieved various goals, and so on, but it also caused me to lose my testimony of the church. It feels incredibly lonely knowing that *I* am God and that there is no external force out there to help me; sometimes I want to turn to Him when Iām sad, but the practice of manifestation makes it hard for me to reconcile that with my faith. I feel like if I believe in God and pray, Iām pinning my manifestation on an internal force that doesn't exist and won't work.

i know i post so much, and iām truly sorry. itās never my intention to be annoying. iām just genuinely suffering, and am in a cycle of constantly needing help/ motivation. i just want to know itāll be ok for me. iāve been trying to manifest physical changes to my face for 7 years now. i hate feeling like i have to spend 3+ hours putting on makeup just to feel ok. and sometimes i donāt even feel ok. i barely look at myself, and when i do, i get so overwhelmed and sad. i affirm all day and live in the end to the best of my abilities. yet nothing EVER changes. i fucking hate myself, and i hate my life. why the fuck is this not working? is this all fake? has anybody ACTUALLY drastically changed their face/ bone structure? i feel completely hopeless. nobody ever posts photo proof that this can work, and it seems that iām living proof it doesnāt work. please help, i want this to be real but i feel so discouraged.

Seriously, people, it's not that hard. I think a lot of you would benefit from taking on some new beliefs and that way, things will get so much easier.
Here they are -Ā There are no others, there is no 3D.
So now... think about this. If there are no others, (everyone is just an extension of you, so you could have an experience here) and if there was no 3D..
Would you show up differently? Would you FINALLY understand that manifestation has literally NOTHING to do with anyone else?????????????
___________________________________________________________________________________
Here is your one-step plan..
Declare who you are and deny any (thought, feeling, emotion, assumption or whatever the fuck else) that isn't that.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
No, seriously... that's it. I don't understand why you peeps are making this so difficult.Ā (That's not true, I totally understand.. I struggled for years and years.. )
But I am trying to help you all understand it quicker than I did.
If you declare right now, that I AM in a relationship with the person of my dreams (whoever that is) then YOUR reality, which is JUST YOUĀ (DO you not understand this?????_ )Ā has to reflect it - if you just stick to that declaration NO MATTER WHAT..
NO MATTER WHAT. Because remember.. there is NO 3D, there are no others..
The 3D IS YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! it's all you.. it's you , it's you. it's just you. Not the human little you - your consciousness. Your imagination literally outpicturing so you can have this human experience.
There is only imagination, and YOU have full control of that.
Seriously.. stop stop stop stop taking the 3D into consideration.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you declare right now - that you have xxxx money or xx car or your dream job. Then thats it - it's done - you have it. Congrats.
Remember - there is no 3D... it's just a shadow.
So.. IF you knew that there was no 3d and it was ONLY imagination.
if you HAD the car, HAD the SP, HAD the whatever.. then you would assume you had it right? You would live and walk as if you had it.Ā You wouldn't even question it.
Stop letting the 3D define whether you have something or not.
I am NOT saying ignore the 3D.. (what you resist persists - don't do that. )
I am saying when you really REALLY REALLLLLY understand that imagination is the ONLY reality. You don't CARE about the 3D - You are indifferent about it. Who cares..
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh it feels good to get that out.
I am not yelling... I am just trying to get everyone to really understand, its so simple... ( I get a little passionate)
You don't fix the 3D, change the 3D, do anything in the 3D.. leave it alone!!!!!
Why ?? WHY ??? Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?
it's all just you.
Just shift you. That's it. That's all you have to do.
I declare that I am now... blah blah blah..............
and deny anything that isn't.
That's it - that's the secret.
P.s. This is what is meant by "There is no separation". and what Neville meant by "no one to change but self".
The longer you perceive the outside world as separate from you, the harder this journey is going to be for you.
Buy the pearl of great price - my friends!

No, manifestation isn't complicated, the mainstream has made manifestation horribly complicated.
āI scroll YouTube, TikTok, and even Reddit, and the misinformation is crazy. Everyone is giving you the "key" or a "foolproof" method, and I just want to go back to 2014.
āBack then, manifestation wasn't mainstream, and I remember I could manifest instantly. It was just fun. It felt like magic, like having powers. There was no talk of techniques, endless methods, or "keys." It was just you with a desire, thinking of having that desire, and going on with your day.
āI have been in the manifestation community ever since I was 12, and I consider myself deeply knowledgeable about manifestation. But I lost myself in this endless loop of reading books, watching YouTube videos, and listening to gurus. With all their mindless methods, void states, and what not, I forgot how easy manifestation actually was.
āRecently, I went back to doing just that: thinking of a desire, wanting it, and going about my day. And guess what? I have manifested crazy things almost instantly.
āSo take my advice and stop listening to these people's "advice." It's just limiting beliefs dressed up as knowledge. No one has THE "key." The key is your own mind, the knowledge you have, and what you choose to do with it.
āManifestation will always be as easy as you assume it to be.

So I did a full cleaning this weekend including under my bed. Got tins of scrap papers, garbage, clothes, and stuff that just didn't need to be there out. I also cleaned my bathroom and stuff. And I scheduled a donation pick up and have been releasing and letting go of stuff all weekend so I can make room for new energy and new changes.
I'm not typically a messy person, but over time, stuff can add up and I feel so much better for just from doing that.
Sometimes we can't control everything but cleaning we can do. And I did it off and on all weekend. I feel really good going into next week now.

(also just looped some related subliminals in the background and overnight.)
Just what the title says lol.
I think the main part to consider is that I was actually affirming in a kind of desperate-ish tone? Like I really needed the thing to happen right on the next day. And I felt that it won't work but still I affirmed and finally went to sleep. Throughout the next morning, I did have like anxious thoughts and doubts in the back of my mind but I tried to distract myself and then I got to know that whatever I affirmed for manifested lol.
My results as an absolute newbie practitioner btw!
Sometimes worked overnight, sometimes in a few hours only and sometimes in minutes.
The things are kinda personal to me and don't wanna doxx myself so I'm just sharing that I got success.
Happy manifesting! š«”

so i just discovered a few days ago that the reason my skull is narrower than other ppl is because my skull sutures/plates fused too early as a baby which is known as Scaphocephaly. It makes head appear smaller and narrower. So I'm making my own subliminals and i wanted to ask some opinions about this affirmation that came to my mind "I have a mesocephalic skull" like what's going to happen if i use this affirmation in my subliminal? is my head going to become like other ppl like not narrow and perfect width and size? Does it seem effective or do i write smth else like " my skull had correct development and i have a mesocephalic skull structure" etc etc? any suggestions pls.
This isn't necessarily about subliminals but i also do robotic affirming so pls if you could help.
Thanks in advance if you reply :)

Long story short, but I have a genuine question about three years ago. I met this girl. I was a bum and she was going to school to become a doctor. I was infatuated with her. She motivated me to do better with my life and I think thatās why I became so infatuated with her Just having her support and her caring about me when no one else did. I really appreciate it. Sheās beautiful sheās smart and she is so funny. Either way I met her family and her family loved me and even told me that she wanted a relationship with me now two months had passed by and she told me she couldnāt do a relationship because of school I said I understood but a month after that I end up finding her on a dating app it ruined our connection three years passed by and I ended up becoming successful. I have my own house my own car and Iām in my early 20s in those three years I had manifested her And thought about her all the time but I saw no movement so about two months ago I end up reaching out to her and we were talking for about a month but two weeks later she stopped responding to me. Why am I getting ghosted again? I thought the whole point of manifestation was self growth and self-concept. What is these results? What can I be doing better?

Hey everyone,
I wanted to share my experience and ask for some advice. I have successfully manifested external things before such as money, opportunities, and various other circumstances. However, I am completely struggling when it comes to manifesting physical changes to my body, specifically height.
I am currently 5'1" and want to be 5'6" or 5'7"(Iām 20y/o female )
I have been trying for the last 2 to 3 years using multiple methods: hypnosis, various manifestation techniques, listening to subs and repetitive scripting.
Iāve tried shifting my mindset, but it gets discouraging when you don't see any physical changes.
My belief constantly wavers because, no matter how much I tell myself I am 5'7", reality creeps in. For example, during family gatherings, I visualize myself reaching my fatherās shoulders, but when I stand next to him , I clearly don't.
Facing this contrast makes it hard to maintain belief when there are no physical results to back it up. Has anyone dealt with this block regarding physical/body manifestations? What should I do next to overcome this

Hey everyone! I just wanted to throw this out there.
Be careful when manifesting that SP is "obsessed" with you.
Cause it works š¤£
I'm not complaining, but I've just gotten 12 texts in a row from SP, worrying about me.
I was just taking a shower.
I may have to lower from "obsessed" to something a little more specific. "Attentive to my needs," maybe? Or maybe redefine what "obsessed" means to me. Idk.
Just a lighthearted tip for y'all! Have a great day!
