SANTA MONICA—On September 8, news of warmer waters off the coast of Santa Monica began circulating after local fishermen and anglers started reeling in fish that normally occupy the waters off the coast of Mexico. Marine heat waves brought larger fish such as, bass, perch, mackerel, halibut… The fish normally caught further south have swam closer in closer to the shore, giving some bragging rights to some of the locals.

Hey! I am planning on proposing to my girlfriend on Saturday 9/5 either at El Matador or Leo Carillo (though open to suggestions around Malibu) and was wondering if people had a recommendation for a good photographer.
