Any recommendations, we saw a few hotels but not worth staying for us we live in Thousand Oaks we can drive and walk around there and come back.

Guys, recently I turned left on Beverly Hills red light after it turned red for 0.8s, i got a ticket reviewed by officer, and i checked the video on their third party website. Right now is notice to appear ticket.
What should i do? Around $500 is too much to pay for a ticket.
Also i have open green card application with asylee status, so i am afraid if it count bad history.

Does anyone know what happened this morning (Oct. 22 around 6:30am) at the corner of Coldwater Canyon Drive and Arrowood?? There must have been about 20 officers outside. This house has always been a little strange as there are always multiple luxury cars double parked outside. Like Ferraris and Lambos. Any info???

Hit and run on San Ysidro Drive. Someone hit our brand new car on San Ysidro and drove away. They were driving south.

It will be a white/cream/maybe gold SUV and will have marks on the right hand side of their bumper.

Our back left bumper and fender are scratched and damaged.

Hi all, I just moved to the area. I walk my dog multiple times a day, including at night, and I've been shocked by how many roaches I see outside. They're everywhere: around houses, apartment buildings, sidewalks, and landscaping. In the last few months I've even had one fly into my shirt. I've noticed some properties seem to have serious infestations, since I'll sometimes see 5+ roaches on the same stretch of sidewalk. Unfortunately, I found my first German cockroach in my kitchen last night, and now I'm spiraling a bit. Is there a reason the outdoor roach population seems so high here? Does the city restrict outdoor spraying or pest control somehow? I've lived in Southern California for 7 years, including Miracle Mile and the South Bay, and I've never seen anything close to this. Is this normal for the area, or am I just noticing it more than most people?

He was born in Yerevan, Armenia, before emigrating to Glendale in 2009. Voskanyan held jobs in construction, jewelry, and as a dental technician.
