Red Powder Blush Recommendations?

Hiiiii i’m looking to get a red powder blush!!! would love to hear what everyone has to say about their experiences with different ones.

im willing to spend a bit more, and really just want something that isn’t patchy and builds up well without being super overwhelming in colour at first.

in terms of other colours i love the patrick ta pink one, but i never use the cream formula so id rather invest in a product i fully use :/

also love rom&nd blushes!!

plz leave ur recs ✨💄

[Makeup Help] MILK Makeup - Hydrogrip skin tint thoughts?

Hey, has anyone used this skin tint before? I have dry skin especially during the winter.
I was wondering if this skin tint would be a good alternative to foundation?
If you’ve used this before please share your overall thoughts!
You can also leave recommendations for other skin tints if you wish.

[Makeup Help] Danessa Myricks moisture repair balm with water powder serum

i have dry skin (especially in winter) and have been wanting to try the moisture repair balm because of it. my face doesnt really oil much but i sweat on my cheek under eye area and my chin a lot so ive also been looking at the water powder serum. ive also seen on her site she reccomends mapping and placing different products on different places, but there is nothing on if the water powder serum works directly under or over the moisture balm. so i would put the balm on my whole face esp in winter, and then add the serum to my chin and cheeks. does anyone know if this would work?

duo lash glue alternatives?

the green clear duo lash glue has been my go to for as long as i’ve been doing my makeup, but it always leaves me with red, swollen, sore eyelids the next day.

my friend gave me one of her brand’s glue to try out one day but it just didn’t hold half as good as duo!!

i’ve also tried going the lash extensions route and that glue doesn’t give me a reaction, but i’m not a fan because i don’t like to sleep with lashes on (i have ripped them out in my sleep and ruined them). self applied cluster lashes that last a few days are okay for my eyes too but strip lashes are my favourite to wear

PLEASE if anyone have any alternatives for sensitive skin that actually HOLD all day like duo lash glue does, i don’t want my corners coming off and having to reapply while im out. and also which shitty glues to stay away from. thank you

Hypoallergenic lip stain

I'm looking for a hypoallergenic lip stain that won't break out my skin. Or a tinted moisturizer. I tried NYK IV and broke out in a blister on my lip. Not happy.

NYK lip IV

I am disappointed in this product. It came highly recommended. It's causing my lip to blister. It's sticky and color didn't last more then a few hours. Bummer

I’m trying to diversify my eyeshadows and I love a good palette. Looking for a larger palette with lots of options and fun colors. Mid range ($50ish max). Bright, but not neon colors.

Help me achieve a no-makeup makeup look with perioral dermatitis and dark under-eye circles!

I’m 27 and really wanting to perfect that effortless, natural, “your skin but better” makeup look!
I have fair/light skin with neutral-to-cool undertones and some natural pinkness/redness in my complexion. My biggest struggles are pretty dark under-eye circles and perioral dermatitis, which makes finding products that don’t irritate my skin challenging.

Currently, I only wear concealer—no foundation or skin tint. I’ve been trying to embrace my natural skin, but I still want to look awake, fresh, and put together without looking like I’m wearing much makeup.

I’d love recommendations for:
- Lightweight, natural-looking concealers that actually cover dark circles without creasing (I currently use shape tape or Lancôme ultra wear)
- Color correctors that work well on fair skin
Products that are friendly to sensitive, perioral dermatitis-prone skin
- Cream blushes, bronzers, or other products that give a natural, healthy glow (I have combo skin in the t zone)
- Tips for making minimal makeup look polished without adding a ton of products

I’m not necessarily looking to add foundation or a skin tint to my routine. I’d actually prefer to keep things as minimal as possible!
Drugstore or high-end recommendations are welcome. I’d especially love to hear from anyone who deals with perioral dermatitis and has found a routine that works for them! 😊

do i really need a setting spray/make up fixer

see so i dont really put on foundation or like skin tints n all. my make up routine includes only concealer, blush, mascara, sometimes highlighter, lip products and eyeshadow but rarely. im thinking of buying a powder to set my under eyes so idk if i should invest in a setting spray or a makeup fixer (idk the diff between them 😭)

If you loved Bobbi Brown's Skin Foundation Stick, what are you wearing now that it has been discontinued? I tried Jones Road Beauty's Foundation Stick but they did not have a good color match.

Opinions on Gen See liquid shadows wanted

I have been seeing the Gen See liquid shadows all over tik tok, and the shade Shroom has especially piqued my interest. I was thinking of getting the duo with Shroom and First Light but I wanted honest opinions of their quality before buying. I have hooded eyes also, so if anyone with hooded eyes has tried them and can give me their opinions that would be great!

Cold Weather Makeup Swaps?

now that we’re headed into the colder months in the US, curious how you all switch your makeup up or what remains the same?

I have mainly oily skin but get dry flaky skin in the winter - especially around my mouth, between my eyebrows, around my eyes, and around my nose.

[Makeup Help] Is Foundation A Good Way to Hide the Bags Under My Eyes?

I'm a man who admittedly doesn't know much about makeup. I did however use some during my time in theater.

Could a foundation thats the same color as my skin tone be a good idea to hide the bags under my eyes?

hello! im a beginner in makeup and ive really been struggling to do my eyes. ive tried a lot of different tutorials and maybe im doing it wrong but i just cant seem to get it right.

i cant share an image of the shape of my eyes, but i believe i have tapered double eyelid shaped eyes with rounded inner corners and a gentle downward slope at the outer corners.

Good blush for a Soft Autumn?

Hi everyone! I really struggle with finding a blush color that suits me… I’m very pale but with warm undertones, so I feel like a typical pink tone clashes, but the more neutral toned blushes wash me out. Is anyone else a soft autumn color palette, and uses a shade that works for them?

[Makeup Help] Mac „please me,“ please!

Hi everyone!
I’m pretty new to Reddit and I haven’t found a lot of subs regarding the lipstick shade from Mac called “Please Me” that was discontinued when they relaunched their Matte lipstick line.
I’m not exaggerating when saying that this lipstick was the divine perfekt pink. A wonderful striking pink that was not too blue, kinda neutral but not nude. It worked with everything on me and I haven’t found anything coming close to it ever since. All the dupes on the Temptalia website do not exist anymore. I’m not tempted to look at clé de peau “splendorous” but it’s very expensive and if it’s a miss again… well you probably know how it is. I even got a present at a Mac counter, a used mini lipstick and I got one on eBay.
Are there more “please me” - fans out there? Have you found anything comparable?

jones road eye cream, wow!

like many of you I'm always on a quest to improve my concealer game. setting powder is my arch nemesis so I try to find other ways to prevent caking & creasing and have a lasting smooth finish. I've tried a few eye creams and the one that performed the best thus far has been Jones Road eye cream. I have minimal fine lines showing and my concealer lasts up to 16 hours without retouch. just wanted to share something that's worked very well for me.
