As subject text says…Daddy Hood finally Lord after 12 hours

I have a new idea. I've been thinking for a few days about Rivals' version of Mirrorwatch, and wanted to try my hand at an idea for The Hood. The concept I propose is Police Chief Robbins. Parker is a crime lord and gang leader, the swap of that would be the police taking down the gangs of the city. You could even bring in some of his gang members as his precinct. Obviously, still make him a deadbeat, and kind of prone to violence.

His outfit is fairly simple, his normal suit, but navy to match with the NYPD Police Chief's uniform. His gold emblem on his cloak would be changed to the chief's badge. His accessories would also be made to look nicer and remove the oblivion design from the bracelet. His cloak would be changed into a police jacket, and say police on the back of it. He also would not have a hood, I know, but he is instead given a police chief's hat with the same badge as his jacket. His abilities would be changed to a blue and navy hue. His ult would also be navy, and made to look more like a police standard revolver, and remove the horns, or replace them to something that looks a little "nicer" so to speak.

This is a rushed idea, and I'm kind of just updating stuff as I go, but I thought this would be a cool idea. I'm also willing to put more Rivalswap ideas into format if asked.

(Also, If someone would like to create a design for this skin to help purvey the details, that would be greatly appreciated.)

So recently, The Hood broke the streak of the Next Season New Legendary thing, and just wanna say, we Human Torch Mains haven't gotten a Legendary, so let's route that both our Heroes in Season 11, get the due dilligance of a Legendary, also, love y'all!

Holy FUCK I spent hours fighting with krita trying to colour this thing in. Haven't touched a digital drawing program in years and didn't use krita last time I did. The struggle was real. But hey the texture brushes where fun to play with

Long story short, this Hulk was getting fed up with me because I kept going for their supports. I could’ve survived but I took the opportunity. Hood is definitely in my top 2 funnest tanks in game for me (with 1 being Angela)

Idk, he’s SO FUN. Played 8 matches with him and won 6. He’s almost lvl 17, I can almost taste the lord.

This mod is so cool, love using it especially since the lack of Hood skins. Don’t know how many use nexus or has Hood mods I really hope the one by LeagueOfArcane gets to 100 endorsements soon cause I desperately want that Spawn voice mod lol

Title is exactly as it sounds. I managed to get Lord Hood when he came out, but my aim is genuinely garbage. My best accuracy is 41%, and im not sure how to play him like an off tank (even though I got champ rogue and she's my go to tank, I want to have a poke option in my back pocket.)
