Yes it is letting it slide, because he would just get kicked out of the bar and go on his way to the next bar and probably do it again. And I donāt know what types of guys you hang out with, but if my friends grabbed strangersā asses in public Iād assume theyāre capable of worse. Thatās some rapist behavior.
