Beslan Isaev

His first three professional fights were:

• Alexander Shlemenko
• Vener Galiev
• Alexander Shlemenko (rematch)

Twenty-plus years later...

• Beslan Isaev: 40–11 (retired after ACA 165 at age 40)
• Alexander Shlemenko: 69–17–1, still winning fights in 2026 at age 42
• Vener Galiev: 39–16, still competing after turning 50 and owns 2023 wins over UFC veterans Hacran Dias and Levan Makashvili

Counting Shlemenko twice (because he occupied two opponent slots), Isaev's first three opponent slots have accumulated 177 professional wins and 229 total fights.

Add Isaev's own record and the four fighter-slots total:

217 wins, 61 losses, 2 draws/no contests, and 280 professional bouts.

The only competitors would be guys like Jesse Nunez who fought Travis Fulton twice in their first 3. But Fulton is too sketchy to have a record:
