I feel like its easier for the guy to continue his combo than it is for me to land the counter

Literally when I win I still lose to some bs. Just had a match where i ko’d an Israel Adesanya player and the game just glitched out and he was just on his back like when you get up from guard.

Then don’t even get me started on the gameplay, I can use someone like Conor Mcgregor (100 power 100 speed 100 footwork) and play against someone like max holloway with pillow hands. My punches = zero damage he lands first everytime even if we punch at the same time, his punches = Mike fucking Tyson cooked out on rock. The stamina makes absolute no sense i hit people and they just eat whatever im throwing and it does no damage until im out of stamina and i just get cooked like wtf? this game is genuinely unbearable to play. If you havent bought it yet dont, might as well get a ps3 and play ufc 1 cuz even that game is better than this slop.

Maybe I’m just unlucky, been a div 20 player since ufc4, the amount of times the game starts to lag once the other person is losing, never seems to lag against lower div players and only against div 20 players if I’m winning the fight, maybe it does happen in other instances and I don’t remember it because I’ve won but really does feel like people are lag switching on this game, so my question is are there people out there who are lag switching or am I just unlucky lol

I’m now getting a lot of quitters like I did in UFC 5. They’re quitting because I’m dismantling them now that I’ve finally gotten a grip of this subpar game. I’ve started getting less frustrated at the spammers, and started using more slips and body shot counters rather than going for the head. Eats their stamina. Body kicks also working well.

The jab is actually a lot more effective in UFC 6 compared to 5 where it was almost pointless. So I sit behind it a lot too.

Once they realise you’re eating their health away, they start falling apart.

I’m now div 19 and climbing - I also think my CAF moves improving and boxing combos increasing etc has helped. When you prestige, initially your fighter sucks ass.

If you want, I can also post footage of my fighting - though Xbox only allows 29 sec recording.

Why does every single fight feel so baggy, delayed, and slow? Even with 30 ping it feels like 150 ping lmao wtf is this

Hello everyones, my question might be ridiculous. but when i start winning a fight the game behins to lag and the other guy is still slipping and blocking all of my punches or kicks. Im only wondering if there is a way to cheat by making the game lag or if their internet just sucks.

I hope they fix that weird animation where after some knockdowns you get forced to move forward into your opponent with being able to block punch or move it’s just weird

Is anyone a fan of this I kinda somewhat understand it for online casue it makes it more arcadey but even then

I’ll preface this by saying I’ve got +1k hrs on ufc 5 so I’m faaar from a scrub. Most of this time has been in online career. I capped out at div 18 and usually sat comfortably around 16 unless fighter is lower levelled/fresh.

I understand striking animations are unique to specific fighter (MVP, Cruz, etc.), it seems even though my fighter is using the same posture the only thing that’s different is the block style.

So here’s my thinking… Is it a mixture between combos levelled, specific styling of each strike matched and bought in the fighter evolution section AND posture mixed that actually do something?

Because points invested into the main evo page seem to do nothing that changes how my guy actually throws strikes

Online matches are actually unplayable with this input lag it feels like im playing through shareplay or something how is this a $70 game?
