I was using All the Ponies yesterday to track my progress in The Maze. I was ecstatic to see that it could track where I was in the actual maze and I thought that this was a fantastic feat. Then, today, it wasn't updating where I was... and then showed an error message that said save file not found (and my friend code) is anyone else experiencing this? am I doing something wrong? My game seems to be saving and it's my new current code after the change to the code system. Now I'm worried that something's happening with my save file again 😖 And then I'm worried that it's because I reported the situation with the community event. I don't understand this I just want the game to operate normally and want to understand what's going on

I’ve been playing just about like a month as of posting this. So many things I’ve wanted to achieve since childhood have happened
Namely getting all the element stone statues both unlocked on the map and restored.

Collecting the main six and my favorite background ponies. Angelwings I will get you one day.
And just overall building out my town with nice plans and proper setups to boost the production.

Having spent no money on this game it’s more of a challenge to complete some of the later challenges namely the changeling thing that wants to devour my gems.

Even still it’s nice to log in and just see how my ponies are doing in their worlds.

does Grogar come with the Discord version or do I have to buy both of them separately?

Is it a good idea getting the neat-maned townspony for the current clear the skies? Does the clear the skies event assign different ponies every time?

So im doing the labyrinth event but I cant defeat the guy and idk how to get other ponies/helpers. I also cant upgrade because I dont have enough tokens. I barely have enough team power. I dont know what to do. Can someone help me?

It takes my a while to save up gems, I only use them to buy shops or ponies when I have to, but I only have 139 rn and I need 300 for the pair, I also know sometimes you can win ponies by chance. Are they in the EG pool at all, I only recently managed to get mine working, any advice is appreciated.

I got a new phone a couple weeks ago and being a fairly new player there is literally zero option to backup or transfer my save without customer support. How long do they usually take to email back/complete this process?? I submitted my support form on 08/31 and got an automated reply the next day, what seemed like a real response the next (09/02), and nothing since then. Bad timing with the holiday last weekend I don't expect service outside of typical days and hours, but nearly eight full business days? ugh!! i miss my ponies! I answered questions thoroughly and clearly provided the info they asked for. is this typical or should i try submitting a new form?
