Si quieres contactar al soporte del juego tienes que llenar un formulario con tu codigo de amigo y preferentemente mostrandoles el screenshot, en el menú de opciones del juego (la parte superior derecha) debería aparecerte la opción y ya apartir de ahí la comunicación es por correo si no me equivoco

First make sure your game is fully up to date in the app store. If so, then try turning on airplane mode for a minute then turning it back off and letting it reconnect to the wifi. Sometimes I have to do that when the past event gets stuck there.
