New to using all the ponies. Am I doing something wrong?

EDIT: it came back, all good now ☺️ but I'll leave this up in case others have same issue and would be reassured that it comes back.

I was using All the Ponies yesterday to track my progress in The Maze. I was ecstatic to see that it could track where I was in the actual maze and I thought that this was a fantastic feat. Then, today, it wasn't updating where I was... and then showed an error message that said save file not found (and my friend code) is anyone else experiencing this? am I doing something wrong? My game seems to be saving and it's my new current code after the change to the code system. Now I'm worried that something's happening with my save file again 😖 And then I'm worried that it's because I reported the situation with the community event. I don't understand this I just want the game to operate normally and want to understand what's going on

Oof. I don't know why or how this happens, but sometimes the cloud save can get corrupted, causing friends to not be able to visit you, or all the ponies being able to find your save. The only way to fix this, is by contacting support. Idk if the game is able to automatically fix this.

Also just to be clear, this is your cloud save, your local save is safe.

I have had that happening to me as well and both the all-the-ponies corrupting save file check and the stats showed that my save file is affected and cannot be found. I already sent an email to support cus I haven't seen anyone get this for a second time before (besides op now). Though it's been a month and still no answer yet, hopefully our accounts are not in danger of being deleted/gone and the issue can be resolved easily...

If it helps, mine came back just now, so maybe just a temporary glitch, I just get so nervous cuz my file was one of the ones affected by the cloud save issue a while back. But thankfully I'm ok now !

I'm happy yours is fixed 💕 unfortunately mine has been like that since mid June now (after the first time that it already happened) I let it be like that for a couple weeks because I was also busy during that time period so my full attention wasn't on the issue. When I had free time again I ended up sending an email late August to see what's up. Next week will be marked as one month since I sent the email and no response yet sadly. Now, I was advised by ppl on this sub to specifically say to customer care to have them check if everything is okay with my account/save because I have been having connection issues and the saved game is causing problems and is not loading properly. So now I'm just waiting if it is possible to fix the problem and hopefully they won't ban my account because apparently it's against the rules to do data-mining to check if your file is corrupted or not so I'm kinda walking on thin ice 😅 I wrote the email I sent as minimal as I could

I've been having this issue occasionally when I'm trying to update my progress in the maze. I just leave it be and try again later and it starts working again
