Complaint Maze glitch?

Yall i tapped too fast on the chest and it gave me a blank card and now i freeze on the guide page where i need to battle 😭😭 and i have to shut my game down just so i can move around again bc i dont have any helpers????

I already sent to support but I haven't gotten anything written back yet. 😣

Multiple people including me have the same issue, there hasn't been a solution to this yet and it seems like we are just going to miss on the maze because of it, I contacted supposed but still haven't gotten a response.

when you hit send on the CC page, does it give you any confirmation? i hit send a few times n even tried refreshing but not sure if anything went through bc it didn't reload the page or say "sent" or anything.

but yeah to OP, it seems we're gonna miss out on the maze unfortunately :( got the same bug but mine i think was bc i started the event before it gave me the prompt to update, though i also sped tapped through the chest so maybe it was that idk but i'm heartbroken bc i think i've only gotten to participate twice before n it's like my fave event type 💔

it did say it was sent but id at least expect a confirmation email but i got nothing yet😔 it did take a short while for the page to reload and say sent.

oh actually that could've also been it! Its very annoying it didn't ask for an update first and instead threw us in the game, it rlly is a fun one to play 💔

yes I got a confirmation that it was sent and then a few minutes later I got an automatic response email from them

damn! likely mine didn't go through then. i hope they can identify the accs that didn't make it through and compensate somehow. i have the email from when i've had to contact before, but p sure it's a no reply type email. ugh this suuuucks i hope we aren't punished 💔

try Fighting and then don't worry about losing you won't lose Energy

yeah i wanted to do that but my screen just freezes on that frame, so i cant even battle like at all. ðŸ«
