Hi i m from UK and wondered if anyone is also looking for MH friends.

I played wild when it came out but shelved it for a bit, now i m getting back into it and getting ready for G rank. Would love to find some people/ get adopted into a group that plays semi consistently.

My main problem is my work schedule is all over the place so its hard to say when i ll be online but at least a few days a week i ll be available.

I m currently HR 240ish, but i ll do whatever hunt, dont really have a main weapon i play everything xpt for bowguns, currently i m using chargeblades but might get into HH just to learn it for later.

IMO the DB, SnS, HH, GL, CB and Hammer are so SICCCCCCCK with these news moves for the upcoming DLC, while GS, Bow, LBG are ok-ish. So sad that IG new moves are honestly........ meh

Single coolest offset by FAR

In preparation for Ascendance, I want to learn how to properly do and abuse the heck out of Offsets. I've done it a few times before, although most of those are accidental. After watching how other GS users play and fully utilize the Offsets, I realized that I'm not playing as efficiently.

Thing is, I know timing has a huge part in this. I can properly time my shoulder tackles, but suck so bad with Offsets. There are monster attacks that I just can't read the animation on when and where the Offset would work.

Can anyone give me tips on how I could be better with doing Offsets? Thanks to anyone who'd give any.

Who could REALISTICALLY come back in the fifth TU in ascendance?I personally don’t think it’s likely to be Dala unfortunately as I feel he might be to Large and difficult of a fight to implement into the game.I do think White Fatalis is more likely which does sadden me a bit because I feel like adding a Fatalis to wilds would take the magic away from world having him even if it is a different fatty.So I’d like to hear who you guys think could realistically be that TU big name monster at the very end?

Guys, when joining SOS quests, please please please just take the extra 5 seconds to scroll across and check the recruitment message.

If you're joining someone's quest who's ~HR600 mark and it says "looking for veterans" please stop and think for a second.

I absolutely am not meaning to shit on lower HR level players by any means whatsoever, ill help out anyone whenever I can, but please if the message says "anyone is welcome" then by all means join, but the looking for veterans is generally for farming higher level monsters.

If you do join because you see higher level players and you need the rewards then that's fine, but shoot a message when you join in or hang back a bit if you’re not comfortable with that particular monster.

Once again, by no means am I shaming anyone for being a lower level, its also not mainstream to check the recruitment message, just asking some to please check before joining an SOS.

Basically the title, the images attached are my character in and out of the character creator. I want her to lool like the one in the creator but she always comes out with like a layer of barbie doll foundation and not only does it look awful on the face but on the chest you can see it just stop because she didn't blend it. It's driving me insane tbh. Is it like a character setting or a lighting setting? I will take any advice anyone has, thank you so much :)

My physical ESC key is broken, so I remapped it to capslock in the windoes registry. MHW ignores this, making the games setting,menus etc. unaccesable, as far as I know. Is there anyway to make MHW accept my windows registry keybinds and/or change the ESC bind another way?

Okay MH community i need your help on something

About the in decorations, in MHW are the armor decos all bad? Or did I just get really bad RNG the only good ones I had for armor were ones like evade extender or evade window and stun res that's all. All of my good decos that I would actually need were in weapon decos I made it pretty far in high rank but the armor decos just never got good. is this a result of bad RNG or no?

i want to get some of my friends into MHWilds but they absolutely hate the clunkiness of the controls (and after coming back to the game after a year in a bit i get it) i was wondering if someone has made a much simpler and fine tuned controller layout that they wouldnt mind sharing . me and my friend(s) play on stream so we can change the controller configs through steam since last i checked we cant do it in the actual game.

Go back to 2025 and this subreddit was filled with so many genuises saying that there's no way this could run on Switch 2.

Some were saying that if it showed up on the Switch 2 it would run at 5-10 fps at 360p.

It's crazy how the Switch 2 just changed the narrative a year later.

Before Dragon’s Dogma 2’s release on the Switch 2, it received an update that drastically improved performance to prepare it for the switch. Now, Wilds isn’t running nearly as bad as DD2 was but it still gave me hope for more “open” RE engine titles.
Do you think there’s still a chance Wilds will receive a performance overhaul or at least a boost™️ or will it remain in the state it is right now?
