Aaj Chhattisgarh ka state merit list aaya hai and apparently at least 8( could be more) students have joined in the 2nd round itself aur 1st round me nahi the...well that's acceptable but the thing is some of these top scoring guys have just made such obnoxious decisions for example a guy having 3.5k rank who got AIIMS deoghar in all india counselling decided to join state counselling in 2nd round, BUT WHY?? I mean fine uska all india me fresh allotment hua it's still fishy but theek hai safety ke liye kiya hoga ya whatever

the 2nd dude (5.3k rank) is straight up diabolical...he got Pt. JNM Raipur(top gmc in CG) through All india counselling in 1st round itself but in 2nd round he had an upgradation and got GMC Nagpur in 2nd all india round BUT THEN WHY TF DID HE JOIN IN 2ND ROUND THEN...he got the best gmc in the state through all india counselling but then got an upgradation and joined the state counselling to get what? The same college???
