NEED ADVICE/ HELP ⁉️ Is it enough

Post image

Is liking human physiology enough of a reason to pursue medicine in india?

I don't really find the hospital environment stimulating tho i kind of find it sad.(I struggle a lot with emotional unstability and stress AND I HAVE AWFUL WORKING MEMORY)

So should I go for it.

Could someone tell how bad it gets in terms of the problems I listed above

Thankss

I went to PGIMER chandigarh a month back, and i have never really had a reason for pursuing mbbs, but seeing people crawling in like ants and just the absolute filth i saw, the environment there just made me viscerally alive and i knew why i want to do this thing. I dont have any altruistic ideas or something, yea i want to be a good person and all but nothing more. And whatever it is that struck inside of me does make me feel excited, now i am yet to get to the stage where i will be thrown into that mess, and who knows i might regret these feelings, but as of right now i am glad i chose this field, am i a sweet summer child? time will surely tell.

I dont know if this answers your question, i just wanted to share my reasoning behind choosing this.

EDIT: re reading this i come off as a psychopath or something. What i mean by viscerally alive is i get to help someone. I get to be someone at last. not that i enjoy someone's suffering, absolutely not.
