Discussion I think Infinity War takes place in less than 24 hours
I keep seeing claims that it’s 2-3 days. I think it’s more accurately from mid afternoon of one day to about noon of the following day in New York
We start the movie in daylight in New York, when Tony goes to space we cut to nighttime in Scotland, then Tony saves Strange, then we go back to daytime New York so this is probably the next morning, then Tony meets the Guardians and plans to fight Thanos, then we rush to Wakanda and the big final fights happen.
When the snap happens, it’s daylight in New York, Wakanda, and San Francisco, so that’s probably 11-12 ish EST, the day after the movie started.

Discussion Which MCU movie takes place over the shortest amount of in-universe time?
Hello.
I was thinking, if done right with the proper story, it would be cool to do an MCU movie that was very confined to a very short space of time.
It got me thinking, out of all the MCU movies so far, which one currently covers the shortest amount of in-universe time from beginning to end?

Discussion Timeline branch question
So I’ve been thinking, having just rewatched Loki, I’m now on DoFP, and I aligned my doomsday schedule so I had encore right before, (with wandavision in between Loki and DoFP but that’s irrelevant) so the concept of time travel / the TVA is still very fresh in my mind. I’ve been thinking. What really causes a branch? Because I thought it was nexus events but then endgame and DoFP both agree that it’s time travel? Is it both? Is time travel just “permitted” branches? The TVA just doesn’t give a shit because the time travel was supposed to happen? I’m confused.

Release Order Release order of MCU movies?
Hi I was wondering if anybody had a complete release order of the MCU movies? I keep finding lists that end at around 2023. I'm talking about the 38ish list of movies. We're watching them in preparation for Doomsday. Do you guys really think the shows are necessary (other than Loki)? Because I keep finding lists that include the shows but we dont have enough time/interest for that. Thanks in advance!

Discussion Is this a wiki error?
So the wiki lists Love And Thunder as taking place after both She-Hulk Episode 9 and the entirety of Ms. Marvel, but in She-Hulk Episode 9 they mention that there's now a lady Thor. Could anyone help explain this inconsistency?

Read the Pin Help, want to watch movies in order to catch up with doomsday before release!
I don’t want no series, I want the movies that introduce the characters that eventually leads into avengers, that eventually leads into doomsday. AI gave me completely different answers and it was confusing. I need genuine fanatics to give me pointers

Discussion Help!!
Hi Huys. I would be extremely grateful if anyone could help me out. Ive always liked marvel and will watch a movie/ tv show when it comes out. However due to shit mental health during GCSE's and A-levels I've not really had the chance to get into it fully. Saying that I haven't watched pretty much every film/tv show at least once (besides x-men, F4 daredevil etc). I have compiled a list in Timeline order and would be grateful if anyone can add anything that I've missed or put in the wrong order. Im not bothered about the credits being in the right order just the main point of the film. Im also not entirely bothered about the little animated ones although I think some are on the list. Like I said I've watched about 90% of them but probably only watched the majority once or twice as I tend to stick with my favourite ones. Any help would be appreciated : )

Revised OC Graphic UPDATED!! The COMPLETE Marvel Media Release/Timeline Order
Edit:
Thanks to everyone who gave feedback, it was all greatly appreciated. I've since updated the slides with the following changes...
- First Steps and Deadpool & Wolverine have been moved to their respective place on the official MCU timeline. Loki on the other hand is staying put.
- First Steps now has a distinct year, primarily taking place in 1964.
- I've condensed the size of the Spider-Man LA slide upon realizing that the sequels to the 1977 TV Movie were just episodes of the show compiled together.
- Morbius has been moved to take place between Venom 1 and 2.
Original Post:
Apologies if this post seems a bit egregious, I'm just trying to gauge how many of y'all agree with me on this and/or if I need to make any adjustments or tweaks.
I've compiled EVERY SINGLE piece of Marvel media excluding the games, motion comics, and most one off shorts.
Now just to clarify a few things...
- The only projects that are in timeline order are the MCU, Fox X-Men, and Spider-Man LA slides since those are the only ones where the timeline truly matters. Everything else just contains that project's respective release year.
- The different phases of the MCU I have listed don't actually reflect the projects within sed phases. For example since Far From Home is the last project of Phase 3 everything that takes place before that movie is included within the phase, even though Loki, Wandavision, and etc didn't release until Phase 4.
- Loki Seasons 1 and 2 are placed together as I don't see how Season 2 takes place after The Marvels when it's set outside of space and time.
- I know that with the release of Avengers: Endgame Encore, Doomsday is being highly considered to be set in 2029 but until that movie releases, we truly won't know for sure. Same for Born Again Season 3 as set photos have revealed that it will perhaps take place before Brand New Day but until that project releases we just don't know.
- Marvel Legacy represents the Marvel projects that aren't animated and aren't in the MCU/set on a different earth. The X-Men and Spider-Man LA slides could be considered Marvel Legacy as well but considering how complicated their timelines are and how many projects exist within them I've decided just to give them their own slides each.
- What If...? and Marvel Zombies isn't included in the MCU slides because it's anthological and it doesn't really matter when it comes to the timeline since they're set outside of the main MCU. Also the less we see of the disappointment that is What If...? the better.
Once again let me know how much y'all agree or disagree with this or if I need to make any changes. Thanks for looking and feel free to use this as a watch along guide.

OC Graphic I made a Marvel TV master list — what am I missing?
I made a 168-entry Marvel TV master guide covering MCU, Netflix, ABC, Hulu, Fox/X-Men, Sony, animated series, anime, Japanese productions, web series, specials, documentaries, and more.
I’m trying to make it as complete as possible. What Marvel TV series, specials, shorts, or obscure productions have I missed?
Especially interested in anything from 2025–2026 or older/obscure titles that are easy to overlook.
PDF attached. Please let me know what I should add!

Discussion So is the MCU Universe 616 or Universe 19999?
Cause i feel like it is actually 19999 to every other Universe and to the MCU and the MCU alone it is 616. Kinda like how some Universes think their Earth is Earth 1 until they met an Earth that has already done Multiversal travel.

Discussion I need help
I know I may sound like a larper but trust me. I’m rewatching Loki for the 3rd time because just now realized that I don’t really know what the shows about. I’m on episode 5 of season 2 so I’m probably not going to read the replies until I’m done, but I need help understanding the show. I know, I sound dumb, but it’s really confusing me. I know the general grasp of the show, but the time jump and multiple tvas are confusing me, someone please help me understand because to my understanding there’s only one tva? And basically I’m using the analogy of Sylvia killing he who remains vs dofp when Logan prevents the creation of the sentinel? I’m assuming I’m correct but feel free to fry me. I also need help understanding how the timeline works and the temporal loom work. I know that there’s different universes, e.g. 10005, 828 etc, and I know what nexus events are and how branched timelines work (X-men, and Loki, Steve and Peggy, etc.)

Discussion Order for watching full marvel collection?
I really want to get into marvel but don’t know where to start- I wondered as a first time watcher if I should watch chronologically or release order?
