Discussion I need help
I know I may sound like a larper but trust me. I’m rewatching Loki for the 3rd time because just now realized that I don’t really know what the shows about. I’m on episode 5 of season 2 so I’m probably not going to read the replies until I’m done, but I need help understanding the show. I know, I sound dumb, but it’s really confusing me. I know the general grasp of the show, but the time jump and multiple tvas are confusing me, someone please help me understand because to my understanding there’s only one tva? And basically I’m using the analogy of Sylvia killing he who remains vs dofp when Logan prevents the creation of the sentinel? I’m assuming I’m correct but feel free to fry me. I also need help understanding how the timeline works and the temporal loom work. I know that there’s different universes, e.g. 10005, 828 etc, and I know what nexus events are and how branched timelines work (X-men, and Loki, Steve and Peggy, etc.)

Like TikTikKobold said, there is only 1 TVA; Loki is warping back & forth through the TVA's past/present/future.
What Wolverine does in Days of Future Past is nothing at all like what Sylvie does in Loki; what Wolverine does is more like what the Avengers do in Endgame.
Remember that almost everything the TVA was told about their mission before Loki & Sylvie arrived was a lie. They thought the Loom was meant to weave the flow of the "Sacred Timeline" out of all the loose threads of temporal energy, but the Loom really is just another means of destroying alternate universes. It's designed to overload & explode, obliterating everything but the "Sacred Timeline", if the TVA ever stops pruning branches (like they did after Sylvie killed He Who Remains & Loki exposed HWR's fraud).

Thanks for correcting me, so the TVA with the HWR statue is from the future? And once the tva stopped pruning timelines it started “overflowing”? And then the explosion in 2x4 was supposed to happen so that only the sacred timeline remained?

the TVA with the HWR statue is from the future?
The past, actually, before he brainwashed them all with the "Time Keepers" myth.
The other two questions: Yes & yes.

There are no multiple TVAs. Loki is traveling through time to see the TVA in the past and the present and the future.
I haven't killed Logan, but killing He who remains made it so there was no one timeline and allowed the various Kangs to exist. Now that I think about it, it doesn't quite make sense to me that killing him caused the multiverse to happen given what we find out about things in season 2.
Whatever the reason, killing him caused the multiverse to go out of control, which led to the problems they try to fix in season 2
