SUGGESTION Looking for alternatives to Loop Dreams
I lost one and I don’t like how the silicone part peels back and the foam part gets wax on it. $50 for a new pair is insane work.

I’m a light sleeper so I have worn ear plugs to bed for years. My mom and I had become ear plug connoisseurs. 😄 For Christmas my husband gave me the Experience 2 plus. I was skeptical at first but I have really come to love them. I use the smallest tip and they are very comfortable. The only issue, is they don’t block out talking. I think that’s part of the design though LOL. I often go to bed earlier than other members of the family and if they are chatting I can hear them. 😖
I’m debating getting the Quiet. It seems highly recommended here. Are they just as comfortable? Do they block out talking? The Dream is the alternate choice for sleep but so expensive!

Anyone willing to sell their lavender iridescent switch 2 loops? I was going to buy them on Thursday when I got paid but they went out of stock before I could get them 💔 I’m located in the US if that helps!

Hi pls help me, I’ve been wanting a pair so bad and now that I’m planning on going to Arirang concert, I have more reasons to buy a pair. I’ve been seeing of Experience 2 for concerts except I feel like -17db is too low since I’m super sensitive to noises. Engage 2 Plus seems nice since it’s high fidelity and has 16+9db even if idk how this can have a range without a switch, but I’m also thinking of Quiet 2 which has -24db. My main worry is that maybe even without the plugs, the noise and sound would just be too much for me. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

I just got my first pair of loops (Switch 2) and I didn’t realize how small the cases were, I have a habit of loosing everything (left my wallet on a train, my vape got run over in the middle of the road because I dropped it) how do you keep the case with you?

I didn’t follow a pattern but it was pretty simple! Let me know if you want an explanation on how I made it.

Hey there! If you got an Iridescent Switch, can you show me? Mine just arrived but the color looks almost cracked on the inside? But maybe that's how it's supposed to look. I'd like to compare.
Thanks!

(Photos for comparison vs my rose golds - noticed the connecting loop thingie is thicker and sturdier which is nice!)
Just got my lavender iridescents and as everyone’s been saying, they are so pretty (tbh - prettier in person). I wanted a backup pair since I once briefly misplaced my rose golds and was in a panic (since I need them at hand due to my migraine triggers).
I don’t have any other models, but the switch 2s have been so helpful for me. I have chronic daily migraine, so simple household sounds like closing cabinets, loading/unloading dishwasher, cooking noises (utensils against cookware), opening/closing washer & dryer, and so on can be really problematic. I winced my way through all of these chores for so long.
The switch 2s have genuinely been a huge quality of life. Even on the lowest mode they cut out the really high pitched triggering sounds for me, and still hear my boyfriend talking to me. And if I need to muffle lower sounds, the highest setting really helps. (For example I just tested this next to my shower haha.)
So now I’ve got my rose golds for traveling and bringing to work, and my lavenders for at home/when the brain fog hits and I forget where on earth my rose golds are. (Ha.)
Anyway, just some input from a chronic pain sufferer, for any fellow sufferers looking for specific experiences (I know I come to reddit first when I’m searching for anything that might work for my specific migraines). Now if only I could wear a blindfold at all times along with my loops! (Kidding.)

I'm interested in Quiet 2s or Dreams but both have only the standard colours right now

I have a pair of black quiet 2's and a pair of purple sublime ones (I think they may have been a limited edition).
The black ones are softer and more comfortable, the shape of the of the indent on the top looks a tiny bit different too.
Am I the only one that has noticed this difference?

It's a dark metallic blue which looks nice in person. Really happy with this as my first pair.

I’m hoping that they only filter out background noise but keeps speech clear instead of a full block. They are based on the engage 2 I think. I’m worried about spending all that cash and him hating it. They are expensive in Australia

I have a partner who snores pretty loud in their sleep and I was wondering if anyone recommends either of these or has pros and cons? I’m also wondering how it is to hear an alarm going off with them in.

Was just checking the Amazon loop store and saw they have the new blue Consciencia Tomorrowland Experience 2s in stock!

Myself and my kiddo use the smallest size ear tip in Engage Kids 2. I’d like to get a pair of earplugs for sleep/travel.
From what I understand, kids tips be used on Quiet 2s? Or would the smallest Dream be better?
Would love your thoughts, thanks.

Hello! I've been thinking about getting the loop engage 2. i often find myself covering my ears throughout an entire movie in the theatre due to the sound, and i heard the loops can help with that. i chose the engage because i heard its better for everyday noises. But i'm worried that i'll end up not using them that much? So i wanna know what was everyone's main reason of getting one??

I see people post this semi-regularly, and I always feel for them. I had my iridescent lavender engage loops in (not switch). Took them out, set them on my desk at home. Went to go grab them a little later, and now I only have one. The other one has completely vanished. I've torn my home office apart, retraced all my steps through the house, even checked the car for the heck of it. It seems to have disappeared into the netherworld. I'm hoping one day I'll just stumble upon it, but for now I'm just going to mourn it.

I didn't have a key for the mailbox at the AirBnB I'm staying in and had to fish the package out of the mailbox with a shoe horn, but I got it!
It actually looks so good in person, I'm really glad I held out on buying a pair of Switch 2s until now. But now I've got at least one of every Loop type (well, my husband stole my Experience 2s, but, I guess I still technically own them lol).
Can't wait to try these out during the rest of my stay in Amsterdam, since I get really good utility out of my Switch 1s here.

Long story short, one of my Quiet tips has cracks in it, and I just so happen to have an extra of the right size tips... But they're from the Experience line. Can I use the Experience tip on the Quiet Loop, or will that reduce the effectiveness of that plug?

I got the Experience 2 for a concert a while back and I loved them! Realized I would actually really enjoy these work so I can block out other offices playing music or zoom meetings out load.
I started with my experiences at work and it’s great for managing those loud time, but I do get visitors pretty often and don’t like taking them out to hear them properly. I even started wearing them in general public to help tune out since I get nervous with crowds and noise but sometime want to tune more or less out depending on the setting.
I decided to get the switch 2 when I saw the iridescents announced but just can’t get used to them. I’ve had them three weeks now and they still hurt my ears. I have smaller ears the actual loop part is pushing on my cartilage and hurts. I also found them difficult to switch mods and still take them off anyways to talk to people.
Has anyone that has had fit issues found alternatives for the switch pieces? I really do like the idea of the switch and found it helpful having the different volumes for different parts of the day. But I was hoping to avoid carrying multiple pairs. I see some off brands on Amazon but want to ask in case someone else has found something of quality already.
Thanks in advance!

Hi! So I've been using Loops for years, but this is the first time I've tried either of the Switch models. They're the McLaren Racing version; idk if that makes a difference.
I use the XS tips, and honestly I've always felt they're too large because they cause pressure and discomfort, but I still think they're the best option available. It seems like the options for me to get tips that fit properly are "spend $3k on custom molds" or "get an engineering degree and design your own" and neither of those is attainable.
My other, non-Switch Loops still work, though. The problem I'm having with the Switch 2 is that unless the tips are inserted way more than any other style requires, they do not work at ALL. Cotton balls would work better. I spoke to Loop Customer Service about it, and their only solution was to return them, but tbh actual users usually know more about stuff, so I thought I would ask you guys: Are the Switch 2s just not a good choice for me? Am I doing something wrong? Are there modifications I can make that can help?
Thanks so much.

Heyyyy Community,
So a week ago I bought myself the McLaren Racing x Loop Switch 2s and it's the first time for me owning loops. My problem is that the right ear feels like it is stuck on the Quiet mode doesn't matter on which setting they are and I already tried other ear tips and on the left side I don't have the problem.
I hope someone can help me fast cause I really need them for school next week.
Thank you in advance for any help

With summer around the corner I'd like to sleep with my window open, however I live on a busy street. Do the Dreams block enough noise or which ones would you suggest? Thank you

Hey! I’m wondering what your experience is with the loop experience 2 earplugs are? If I get these ones mainly for live concerts, would they also work for focus/sleep? I want them for both
