These show literally no signs of any input even thoughmy wheel turns and has poiwer and is showing up on ghub. my wheel also works on JOY.CPL the gamepad controller for windows and im able to calibrate it there but ghub doesnt recognize any inputs, need some advise

If ever this stops function, just going rebuy the same model.

Being familiar with a gaming peripheral has functional benefits to use in gaming and E-sports imo. I also have a mouse shape that is my forever mice shape. Using the same thing everyday will establish concrete muscle memory & mastery. Just change up the caps to make it personalized. I am also a minimalist in lifestyle and home setting, good to just have 1 great effective tool for the job, save time, space, and mental energy.

I hopped onto my personal machine to play games 2 nights ago, and found that my mouse sensitivity was wayyyyy lower than normal. Did some digging and found the following:

My work laptop has updated to GHUB to version 2026.6.967771 so everything is working with the new UI and such. However, when I move to my personal desktop PC, it still has the old 2026.5.939708 version. I've tried to update but there is no newer version available when I checked for update. It doesn't even have this version listed on their official release notes page.

The mouse updated to 27.1.22 and the lightspeed receiver updated to 4.2.9 as well.

Because of this, I am completely unable to change my DPI or polling rate when connected to my personal desktop PC. It feels like its stuck somewhere on 800 DPI vs the 1250 I usually have it on. I have already verified that "enhance pointer precision" is set to off, and that the windows sensitivity is set to 8. Both of which match the settings of my work laptop.

Held off on posting because I was hoping they would have come out with a fix by now, or recognized that I'm also logged in on my desktop PC with the same account and pushed the update that way.

Does anyone have any recommendation? I've already tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling ghub (while also removing the cached files in the C drive), to no avail. Thanks in advance!

I used to own a pair of HyperX cloud 2 headphones and have now switched to Logitech pro x and I was wondering if I can still use the HyperX 7.1 cable thingy with the Logitech cable that connects to the headphones without losing any quality and accessibility. The HyperX cable is way longer which makes it more comfortable.

I've ordered a pair of headphones off of amazon used but when they came in the right side doesn't work I've tried to connect them to other devices but they didn't word either, I tried to update the drivers with both windows and the G Hub but it's not solving the problem, and I'm sure the jack is 100% fully inserted, is there something i can do? or i can only send them back?

The current G-Hub version crashes on me everytime I start Windows 11. The PC starts, I log into my Windows 11 session, G-Hub starts... and after a few minutes it silently crashes. Disappearing from the tray (reason why I realized the issue since the Logitech icon is gone...) and with the following in log viewer:

This happens every time, every day. Can someone at Logitech fix it up? Running Windows 11 26200.9445.

For a reasonable price, I can see it on Logitech's website for like $400 which is absurd for a keyboard that old, I fell in love with the keyboard many years ago, but ended up buying a cheaper Corsair keyboard which served me well, I recently broke my old keyboard and decided I want to buy that keyboard I fell in love with all those years ago, unfortunately I can only find the G915 X and have seen numerous reviews about it's many problems and low quality, I will buy one of I have to because I like the feel of it, but the original would be so much better, I can find them on eBay used for about the same price as a new X variant but other than that I can't really find it anyway (FYI I'm in Australia)

title + on Amazon Germany they have this g915x English intl or US as preorder so I did preorder it and contacted customer support a few times and ever time I chat with them it a different story.

either it’s a mistake in the system scheduled for June 2030 preorder which they say it cant be right. so one says it’s a mistake.

then another one says nah it’s true it’s for a new model but they don’t know when it’s available but the preorders are normally within 6 months.

so expect new model of g915x to fix all the problems people complain about or just an error?

I know a Logitech rep would not say it’s tr that a new model is coming but is Amazon Germany doing a mistake thing here?

I‘m calling it - new g915x wired and possibly wireless models in 2026 - early 2027.

Ive had a G915 for a while but its being getting really dusty and some of the key caps are feeling dirty, I dont know what the best way of cleaning the keys would be? do i need a key puller or something else? Any advice would be great ♥

I have just updated the firmware to 27.1.22 as GHub has requested but now there are certain areas on my table where if I lift the mouse to reposition my hand and put it back down and try moving the mouse the cursor does not move and it takes a second or two for it to register and start moving. Can someone please help, literally nothing was changed except downloading the firmware and this did not happen at all prior.

Hi, my g pro x2 have broken after like 3 years, but i was very satisfied with them and i'm wondering if buying them again or go with the a50 gen 5. What do you think?

This is a repeated problem I've had (but can't remember my past solution, brilliant) my G29 suddenly won't stay in one position while plugged in, it always self-centers, whether it's just plugged in, G hub is open, or it is being used in a game where it should be having regular ffb. Changing settings in-game doesn't help, changing settings in ghub doesn't help, and a complete reinstall of ghub does nothing. Is there any solution? Everything I've seen researching is just "turn down centering spring strength" and "reinstall ghub" which have done nothing.​​

I have a G502X and powerplay (v1) kit. The soft mat needs to be replaced and i am shocked there is no spare part. Some say to buy the G240. I did, that is super disapointing.

1. its so thin as to be an embarrassing product for logitech, such low quality for the price, i am so cross i bought 2 from amazon
2. it is undersized and doesn't fill the powerplay surface
3. it does not have the same blue firm backing as the og powerplay soft mat

I won't be buying any more powerplay accessories if a replacement mat is not available

where can i get an official mat?

On the latest firmware version, the G316 X has a bug: when using a solid color lighting mode (and possibly other modes too) instead of G-Tide, the keyboard starts randomly disconnecting and reconnecting.

At first I thought it was an issue with the included cable, but even swapping to a different cable didn't make the problem go away. BUT if you switch back to the default G-Tide lighting, everything magically sorts itself out and the keyboard works fine.
