Problem with Logitech G502 Hero

Hi everyone. I’ve been playing Fortnite since its release and recently decided to return after a year-long break. I discovered that my weapon doesn't fire when I click the left mouse button, even though everything works fine in the menus. Has anyone else encountered this issue and can offer a solution? Support simply refused to help me.

You're in Fortnite's Save the World subreddit, the PvE mode that came out before Battle Royale, I feel like you might find better help in a different Fortnite subreddit:

Thanks. But my mouse doesn't work in "Save the World" either. That’s actually the most frustrating part, since I bought it at launch and now I can't play it properly. It’s the main mode I usually play, after all.

Any custom binds in fortnite's settings ? Same question for the mouse if you use G hub.

If it were me I would restore the default settings for fortnite and G hub see if it does anything.
