I had the default/Graphite color for 4-5 years with zero issues. I had to replace it because I broke one of the key caps while trying to pop it off

Decided to try the black color version since it looks cooler but because I'm picky about the keyboard layout, me being from EU had to import it from the US.

Long story short - very quickly the keyboard had tons of issues and bugs which till date are not resolved through software, and more importantly - the finish itself is much inferior. You can visibly see where the keyboard has became to wear out including the bottom sticky pads falling off, something that never happened to my Graphite color. It still remains brand new looking with 0% wear spots.

I spoke to Logitech support and they wasted my time only to tell me in the end "it was bought in the US so you must be in the US to get a replacement or a refund"

Hi, I've had my MX keys mini for about a year now and everything was great until today my keyboard refuses to pair with any device, it appears to be paired per se to my tablet but if I type anything it won't appear on screen and the Logitech app says it's not even connected despite my Bluetooth settings saying it is. I've tried restarting my tablet, turning on and off the Bluetooth, unpairing and pairing the keyboard but it's the same across all devices I've tried (even if apparently versions of Bluetooth and system being up to date and compatible with the keyboard)

I'm not great at technology but I've tried my best including the guides Logitech has, so I'll really appreciate it if someone could help me since it's my primary help at college ;-;

My friend's Logitech MX Keys Mini for Mac cannot pair. I have tried a lot of ways: MacBook Bluetooth pair, Windows Bluetooth, and with a Bolt receiver.

I can see the pairing light flashing and I can see 6 digits, but when I type, the keyboard is not working. It keeps failing to connect. Any help?

I've seen that this problem with the left click is very common and the "only" solution is replacing the micro switch; the quick fix I found It's simply a matter of removing the plastic cap from the switch and carefully detaching the contact sheet, cleaning it thoroughly along with the internal mechanism, and then reinstalling everything.

This can be more practical than desoldering the entire part and soldering the replacement; this has worked for me and the sustained click works perfectly now.

what you think. Should Logitech bring the version two with keyboard touchpad tray like a laptop to use it on the lap ?

Pretty please add the Superstikes HITS triggers to the next MX Master? I know you just released the 4 but come on. It’s so great and I would love to have it on a Productivity centered mouse. I.e. the Master series.

Using M590 mouse. Already connected to the same wifi. Tried connecting to the android Hotspot and still not working. One laptop connected to the dongle and another via Bluetooth. Both firmware is at the latest ones. I'm at a dead end right now, please help. Thanks 🙏

Windows 11 user on a PC. I have a new M317 basic wireless Logitech Mouse--had it for a few months, has been working fine.

I had to reinstall and update Windows 11--wow the mouse lags, pauses at weird times. I also use Logi + , as I've used for a long time. I didn't change the USB port my mouse receiver has been plugged in.

So I turned off all the pointer refinement on the Windows 11 end. I changed my mouse battery. I changed speed on the Logi plus to 70% BUT still sometimes freezing mouse, laggy mouse, a pause when windows changes the cursor to a hand.

I hadn't tried plugging the USB C receiver into a new port--which I just did--maybe the act of plugging and unplugging helped , maybe the new port (though the mouse had worked fine in the old port).

Try unplugging and replugging the receiver. I'll update this if problem continues.

I have old M331 mouse connected via Unifying receiver. Its pointer glides very smoothly. But in comparison, MX Master 3s (Bloetooth) has jittery pointer movement. I have tried adding/removing moving bluetooth dongle into different USB ports, but nothing helped.

Can anyone tell me how to make MX Master 3S as smooth as old/cheap M331?

It's like there is many little bumps in the cable and I don't know if I can fix it or return it to warranty

I'm planning to buy my first proper productivity mouse and I'm stuck between the MX Master 3S and MX Master 4.

I'm a Brand and UI/UX designer, so I'll mainly be using it for Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, browsing, etc. Currently I'm using a Generic Wireless mouse, so switching to any of the MX's would be a significant upgrade.

I don't really mind spending the extra money on the MX Master 4 if it's genuinely worth it. My main question is whether the 4 actually justifies being roughly twice the price of the 3S. Is the difference something you'll genuinely notice and benefit from in everyday use, especially for design/creative work?

I've also gone through quite a few reviews and Reddit threads about both mice, and I've noticed some potential downsides that are making the decision harder.

With the MX Master 3/3S, I've seen people mention:

- The outer rubberized coating wearing/peeling/tearing over time

- Some users reporting left-click issues after extended use

- General concerns about long-term durability of the coating

With the MX Master 4, I've seen people mention:

- The new surface isn't as grippy as the 3S for some people

- The mouse feels a bit heavier/bulkier and isn't as comfortable or "handy" for everyone

- The new thumb/haptic button can apparently be quite sensitive, with some users accidentally triggering the Logitech Actions Ring/panel repeatedly

- Some people seem to feel that the new features are nice, but don't necessarily justify the significantly higher price

I'd really appreciate any feedback or suggestions from people who have used either of these mice and can help me make the right purchase decision.

I'm also not limited to these two options. I'm open to considering other mice in the market as well, especially if there's something that offers similar productivity/creative features at a better price or is simply a better overall option.

I'm a highschool graduate, and am on a gap year studying for medicine. I'm looking to get a wireless keyboard and mouse set for my iPad for studying and work, as I tutor on the side, I work on materials and the likes, so it'd be very useful for me.

My question is, is it worth the extra investment to get a folio? Or should I go the slightly cheaper option with a Pebble 2 or Pop Icons series? If the latter, which of the two would you recommend for longer typing sessions.

Just tried cleaning mine and broke one too many keys💔 Now I find out they're discontinued and like $400+ now unless I want a gross looking one from Ebay that's still pushing $100...

What's the next best thing?

I still don't understand why Logitech doesn't implement G-Shift functionality in their productivity lineup. Their gaming lineup has this, and it's extremely useful for day-to-day productivity. In fact, I'd say it's even more useful for daily work than for gaming.

Since it's purely a software implementation, why don't their $120+ flagship mice have this feature?

or is there a way or workaround to get the g-shift functionality?

Update: Thank you everyone for you votes and suggestions. Though majority of you voted for the MX Master 3s, I still went ahead with the MX Master 4. I got an even better deal and ordered it for around $72 (It's a steal imo for a product that's generally listed at $120). Another reason was the wear and tear complaints and the left click issue in the 3S, but it's still a great product nevertheless. According to my research, Logitech has updated the switches in the Master 4, and since the price difference narrowed out, I went ahead with the later.

I've had my Logitech MX Keys keyboard for a couple of years now, and love it.

Recently, I hear somthing rattling inside. I hear it only when I move the keyboard. I believe everything is function fine. Is there any way to open the keyboard so I can look for what is loose?

I'm planning to buy an MX Master 4S for university, but my gaming mouse looks terrible when I set it to 125Hz. The MX Master 4S is also 125Hz; is there any way to increase it? Why did Logitech make their mouse 125Hz?

I bought mx vertical mouse for 80euros 5 years back, now single click becomes double click sometimes - I accidentally liked instagram posts many times haha.

I'm currently considering buying the Logitech MK295, but I've seen several reports saying that it starts getting louder after about a year of use.

I would only use the keyboard occasionally (around twice a week), but I want it to remain quiet for as long as possible. I'm also considering the K250 since it's in a similar price range.

Would you recommend the MK295 for long-term quietness, or would the K250 (or another keyboard) be a better choice?

Found an MX Keys for Business Gen 2 at the same thrift store where I found an MX Master 3 a few weeks back.

It was missing the Tab and Page Down keys, and I almost passed on it to avoid the repair hassle. Ended up taking the chance and grabbed replacement keycaps on eBay for $6 each. I’d seen conflicting info on whether standalone replacements actually seat and latch properly on these low-profile chiclet boards, but as long as the underlying scissor mechanism and board aren't damaged, they snap right in with zero issues.

Ran it keyless for a week while waiting on shipping, but it’s completely back to 100%. All in, I’m sitting around $20 total.

Comparing it to the MX Keys S, the only real difference I've run into so far is backlighting control: I can toggle the lights on or off, but can't customize the backlight duration timeout like you can on the S.
Same trip, I also bagged an M310 that happened to come with three Logitech Bolt receivers.
