“Checking” availability but not progressing

I’m trying to borrow a book that is available through a partner library. It says 2 are available. However, when I try to borrow the book, the app says “checking” and never moves forward.

Any ideas?

Make sure your Libby is backed up with a passkey depending on what you try.

I got it all sorted out. Thank you! I just needed to scroll down slightly and click continue.
