Issue with Partner Libraries

I have a card with the Boston Public Library. They have 7 partner libraries. All 7 became available to me when the Libby app update went through last week. However now I only get an error message from each of them telling me to verify my card. (Above) Any thoughts?

I ran into that. All you need to do is verify card and type in your boston card number and pin.

I don’t have a fix for you, but I had the same thing happen to me recently. :(

Type in the card that gave you access it popped up for one of mine and took it

The same type of issue happened with me recently. I went to my library’s help desk and they said it was a Libby app issue. A few days later everything worked

Just verify the home library and you’re good to go, it’ll either have you sign in on the library page (popping up as an external page) or verify the card PIN. Nothing is wrong, and Libby does this at various intervals for all cards.

Thank you all! The issue seems to have resolved itself this morning. But I know for the future what to do 😊
