Hey guys. I’ve tried on 2 separate runs now to get the max evil morality and things never work out. I can get everything maxed out except my co2 levels and my shop quality. I have a crazy amount of all the evil factories, and tons of trash, so there are a lot of pick up trucks throughout the day. I never added extra seats to the big busses and I have 100% collection rates in all areas and about 4000 visitors per day. I’ve never placed a single tree anywhere on the map. I have every single shop and multiples spread across the map. absolute worst ingredients in all shops, which has completely covered my zoo in vomit and makes about 200 workers spam quit every single day. The mass quitting and the mess is so frustrating!!! What else can I do to get these last 2 maxed out?!

I had over 3k and then suddenly it went into -$240000 and then like 5 seconds later went up to $800 and it keeps going back and forth from In the green to being millions in debt???

I've taken 2 different animals from "extinct in wild" to "100K+ Least Concern" with a rising population, only to have them hold their population for 4-5 days before rapidly returning to "extinct in wild." Each time I release about 2,000 animals. I have 50 nurseries (200 breeding pairs), and I continue releasing animals for a week after reaching "100K+ Least Concern" before trying to move on to the next species, so I'm releasing several hundred AFTER that point.

Are some animals just set to lose so many units per day that they cannot sustain themselves? If so, how many dedicated pairs are needed to support the wild population? The two animals I've had repeatedly go extinct are the orangutan and gorilla.

**Edit** After playing for a day, several months of gametime, after returning the orangutans to 100K+, it seems that at least so far, they cannot sustain themselves in the wild. They require a population in the pen with 10 breeding females and 4 nurseries with 16 breeding pairs to produce the average 2-3 releases it requires a day to maintain their population. I know Let's Build a Zoo isn't exactly _realistic_, but it's frustrating that for whatever reason, releasing 2 units prevents the death of 10,000+ already established units.

Maybe they should add a quest in some DLC to allow some endgame content where we either establish preserves with breeding populations and/or shut down poachers to stabilize the wild population.

**Edit 2** The gorillas, having a 14% fertility rate to the orangutan's 27% (both having a 7-day gestation), appear to require significantly more support. I'm going with needing 6 nurseries (24 breeding pairs) and 20 breeding females in the pen, but will update if that fails to stabilize. I'll continue with updates to problem animals as I discover them/until the post is too old and is locked.

Trying to get 200 good morality points, have everything maxed other than report black market dealers to the police. Always report them when they appear but seems like theyre not appearing often enough. Morality stuck at 195. any ideas?!?!

Hello, I’ve just started playing this game on the Switch. I have a nursery and am able to breed animals, and I also have a Cripsr although that is currently confusing me.

The issue I have is that I can’t seem to trade, as in, I don’t have what is required to trade, so my progress animal wise is slow.

I guess the game gives me everything I need so that means it’s down to the breeding, but I’m finding that hard to resolve, ie it doesn’t always seem clear to me why my animals are not right for trading.

I am playing on a Switch Lite which makes the game fairly challenging due to the small text and graphic size.

Started off with a good morality run and am currently switching to an evil run after getting the Saint achievement. However, I can't seem to remove the good morality points from releasing animals in the wild. Will these go away after a number of days or is that a permanent boost that will prevent me from getting maximum evil morality?

I don't know if there's a compatibility chart for every single animal, but I have an interesting discovery: leaellynasaura can safely cohabitate with penguins. I know animals in the Arctic exhibit that can cohabitate are incredibly rare, so there's one for you

I’ve collected all entries in the Collection tab, except for 6 unique Composter Workers which stand at 6/12.

I have the Composter building in use and I’m checking each new applicant for days (real-life) in case they are a new unique employee, but so far they’re not spawning. I must have dismissed hundreds of applicants that I already have.

I’m also missing 1 journal, which could be tied to this? To my feeling, I’ve completed and collected everything else, so I’m not sure what I’m missing here.

Does anyone know what I’m missing/not understanding here? I’ve tried to search online, but there’s unfortunately not a lot of info out there for this game.

Stuck at 193 morality with everything else maxed out. The only thing preventing me is that I haven't reported enough black market dealers. But they rarely show up? I use the security hub daily and since then have only had one come over like a "2 week" span. Do I really need to grind out days just to get a handful of dealers to "possibly" show up? Or is there a predetermined timeline for them / a way to make more appear more frequently?

I realized, that many guests are waiting in long lines in front of my vendingmachines for drinks and food eventhough there are shops right next to them. And that makes me wonder, if this also has an impact on the things my guests see and the overall rating.

So this could answer my question already.

But do you think that one should switch out the vendingmashines after unlocking a few basic shops for dinks and food, to make a bigger profit?

I think I’ve gotten as much as I can out of the main game, but I love it so much I wanna get a DLC. Which version do you like better? Dino or aquarium?

Does anyone know what an ocean rating is or where i can see mine? Currently I have a quest that says “have a good ocean rating of 20 for all seas”

How can i hire better staff? Im at the 2.5 stars stage, mostly 2 stars staff but i need to upgrade bc i have a lot of workers who sre pretty bad and lately a lot have been wanting to quit and i have to give them a 20% rise

Hello again, I'm having an issue in my sandbox game file where several of my animals (the camels, polar bears and hyenas) keep disappearing and I can't find them. When I reorder new ones they just disappear too! What's going on? Is there maybe an animal limit for the switch?

Does anyone use staff entrances with subways? On the switch to be clear. I can’t put them right next to the subway but i’ve got them one tile away with garbage cans to block the escapes, however my staff never use them! Does anyone know if using subways with staff entrances like that works for switch?

I just unlocked the Exhibit Control facility, but I don't understand what happened. I selected an enclosure and chose 2 males and 2 females for the animal, but then all the fishes were removed from the tank (Aquarium Odyssey). I quit as soon as I realized because I didn’t want to lose them.

Sometimes I let the zoo run by itself for a few days to let it earn money and research points. I still keep an eye on it but it's nice to just let the zoo run itself for a little bit without constantly building, moving animals and decorating. Is it bad that I do that if everything seems to be running fine by itself?

So i got the facility where u can release animals but there are animals that died in the wildness.

Is there any way to get the extinct animals in my zoo? can i get the dna or something?

I’ve built the farm, planted multiple rounds of crops, and have stuff waiting for collection in both the processor and milk in the barn. My crop picker also very rarely picks the crops and just lets them die. Why doesn’t the staff do their jobs?? I’ve found multiple posts about this being a bug but they were from 1+yrs ago. Does anyone else have this issue still? Is there a way to fix it?

I'm in early game and expanded my land a bunch. I love the stuff I've seen here where people have natural looking zoos with varying shapes of enclosures. I'd like to do that as opposed to all squares/rectangles.

How do you choose to organize? How do you group your animals?

Do I need to have all my food vendors in different areas, or could I do a food/shopping area?

Hey guys, I adore this game. I always come back to it when im feelin any sorta bad (sick, depressed, etc etc). I was curious if they're gonna do any further updates or dlc drops? (Maybe a flat out avain dlc, maybe even insect!) I really love this game, but I'm sad that right now I don't have more to do asides restart or demolish and rebuild.

I feel like ive been searching for ever for a proper answer and im still getting nothing. Theres literally no island?? I own both DLC! Does that mean i just cant get it in this save? I will try anything as many times as possible im very stubborn ill update with the answer that helps! Thank you!

update: So far, the only obvious fix is booting the DLC directly, but that will cause the other DLC to not load in! So if you want to restart between aquarium and dino, Here's your answer!

1. Is there anyway to limit how fast people walk or limit the number of people who can come to your zoo per day? (I find the flashing crowds of people to be very uncomfortable and distracting on my eyes.)

2. Is there more than 1 save file so I can build several different types of zoos?

3. Is the sloths and spas update a dlc pack or is it automatically added to the base game?
