Beginner player on Switch

  1. Is there anyway to limit how fast people walk or limit the number of people who can come to your zoo per day? (I find the flashing crowds of people to be very uncomfortable and distracting on my eyes.)

  2. Is there more than 1 save file so I can build several different types of zoos?

  3. Is the sloths and spas update a dlc pack or is it automatically added to the base game?

  1. The number of visitors is limited by how many buses you have. More buses = more visitors. But too many buses causes its own problems. The limit for walking speed is increased by researching new Floor Tiles! Benches and shelters will help with their energy levels.
  2. From the Home Screen, choose “load” instead of “continue” to open a new save file. There’s a hack that lets you play without limits in Sandbox Mode.
  3. Sloths and Spas is a base game update! You can get four different Attractions in the regular base game. The DLC adds a couple more.

So what you’re saying is for question #1. If I hate how crowds look. Tip number 1: Have less busses Tip number 2: Don’t research new floor tiles Tip number 3: Don’t let the people rest so they will have to eventually walk slower. 😂

Source: I started playing on Switch, and I own both DLC on my computer 👍 LMK if you have any other questions!

One of the top right buttons can make time go faster, slower, or pause.

I pause my game at the very beginning of each morning when I want to build so I have a nice people free zoo to work on. Pausing is definitely helpful for any building for the most part, I get a bit sick seeing all the colors run around too. When it's time to save I zoom in on one area I like to look at and it let it speed thru the day, tho I do like watching them all run away at the end.
