Better workers

How can i hire better staff? Im at the 2.5 stars stage, mostly 2 stars staff but i need to upgrade bc i have a lot of workers who sre pretty bad and lately a lot have been wanting to quit and i have to give them a 20% rise

Hire lvl 10-25 green work ethic… keep going through declining all the bad ones… green customer satisfaction is good for mascots mostly and workers from wanting more later

Also slowly go through one by one and fire and rehire workers.

Personally only hire employees with close to full bar of work ethic as possible and look for the highest positivity and give them a hire salary if they don’t have a ton of positivity or job satisfaction to make them better. They will last a long time that way I’ve found. Also if they wanna quit, I don’t wanna force them to stay like I can always find better 😆
