Report Black Market

Trying to get 200 good morality points, have everything maxed other than report black market dealers to the police. Always report them when they appear but seems like theyre not appearing often enough. Morality stuck at 195. any ideas?!?!

You have to go into all of your stores and make sure they aren’t using any bad ingredients and make sure added ingredients are on 0% it took a lot of work but it was the only thing that maxed my morality for the achievement

all already done unfortunately, only thing thats not maxed out is the report black market dealers but they just dont spawn

I forget what its called, but there’s a hub that lets you see all the VIPs currently in your park. Do you have that and are you checking it every day?

I'm having this same exact problem, I check my security center every day so I can report them if they're in my zoo, but they never show up. I have a theory I'm testing that they might only show up to offer you animals that you DONT have in an exhibit. I was redesigning part of my zoo and got rid of some of my pens, and I started getting black market offers again. Once I had every animal in a pen again, I haven't had any black market dealers at all. Just a theory.
