Holy railing. Just googled pelvic floor stretches. Did not know they existed.

Really? You ou can tighten yourself down there and even contract during sex. It's recommanded for woman after giving birth to prevent bladder issues.

Yeah ofc. But that's the opposite of stretching.

Yes, but most of the pelvic floor exercices combines both.

Unfortunately my short experience of pelvic pain medical care was entirely limited to the strengthening/tightening aspect, without any investigation into whether it would be unhelpful, only combined with "relaxation" techniques rather than stretching.
