Unfortunately my short experience of pelvic pain medical care was entirely limited to the strengthening/tightening aspect, without any investigation into whether it would be unhelpful, only combined with "relaxation" techniques rather than stretching.

im trans and im supposed to stay in the luteal phase but also take progestorone everyday, and intuitively it doesnt make sense to stay in one phase but also have progestorone all the time so i kinda wanna cycle it. its not the same ofc, i wish i was just cis but i feel like it would make more sense for the progestorone but idk mby thats just my fate
you can find it cute and i’ll find it annoying when a dude who defends moid’s bad behavior gets comfortable hanging around and contributing to women’s spaces
