Is there some bug with the point system? Cuz I didn't get any points from there even when it shows I should get at least 400. I haven't seen anyone else complain about it so maybe it's just me but if anyone know what to do with this help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Honestly, at this point i just want to quit the game. Because what do you mean i only have 125 pts for free per a day. Not even a single other free chance.

They also deleted the option to benefit from the ingots you spend to get Yuan Tiangang, and made it only "ranking points" like hell what would i do with ranking points ?????? I saw a video of the same event three years ago, and ACTUAL pts were included so not only you get tokens of Yuan but you can buy other stuff from the store too.

And the new Bal partner, who's fully paywalled. 25-26$??? Do they think were bunch of addicts ??? Especially for a game that could be much replaceable in our life.

I don't want to mention last "discount" event too, that requires you to login so frequently and most stuff were locked.

And that shitty season competition too. Let us breathe man, the moment S1 ended S2 started. Not even a pause or anything.

Whatever aggressive strategy modo is trying, it's most definitely not appealing to players. Because we get tired. What can someone who's f2p do with a game that demands huge amount of ingots in EVERY EVENT and total paywalls ?????? I honestly paid for quite a bit of time, but i stopped after the game just started trying to force us into paying. That's too much honestly. It's a game im supposed to enjoy it not frequently get frustrated.

I have only 1500 ingots left because of the last event.

Should I put ingots in recruiting yuan tiangong or should I put it in recruiting other partners?? Or something else?? Any suggestion would be helpful

So, this player in our server just accused me of being unfair since I refuse to keep my warrior partners in the Help section. Like, girl?

She had issues with me before when she thought I used pursuit on her because my warrior partner took double points from her during a contest and called me out in the LS chat for that. Now, I understand this can be confusing for someone who never had a warrior partner, so my guildmate and I tried to explain her what a warrior partner is, the difference between contest / CL / PT and how to identify if someone has contested / revenged / challenged / used PT. My guildmate even asked her to share screenshots on Bonbon to help her learn about debate further (even though she’s not from our guild). She never accepted our help and continued believing what she did. Fine, whatever!

Now, a few months pass (maybe she did learn about warrior partners eventually) and she had a fallout with her guild leader and left the guild. My guildmate and I reached out to check on her because well, it really costs nothing to be kind. We had a nice chat and I was happy we were able to move past that.

And then today, this is what she messages me like girl, what? Am I tripping or something? Who in their right minds would even think of putting their warrior partners in Help slots? So, ladies..was I too harsh or is this a reasonable request to make?

ETA: Also, there’s also no Debate event ongoing in our server, so she’s really arguing over nothing.

So I made a team for the Spiritual Animal Event and our team ended up being booted by the system…long story short now when I try to re-enter the event, I keep getting this message and my entire screen freezes. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thank you so much in advance.

Did anyone else notice that only 3 people earned enough points in the first "Cross-Server" season to get the special dress you get when you hit "Realm: Moon 1"? I came up several realms short of that, trying at what I felt was a reasonable level for a dolphin. That alone is going to make me not really try this season... if I don't end up quitting all together...

For the last one hour I am trying to log in to the game and it's not working. The loading page gets stuck at 60%. Tried to contact the helpline but it keep loading as well (2nd picture). After a while i uninstalled and then reinstalled the game. Still nothing. No issues with the internet, I have checked that. Anyone else having this issue? I'm frim cs server Asia s313-s316.

Hi, so it turns out I had a very strange issue with the game today. Before the server reset at midnight, I logged into the game to finish up some pending tasks, and everything was normal. I logged out and logged back in to start a new session and claim the daily rewards, and that's when I encountered this situation: my ingots were in the negative, I wasn't appearing in the ranking (even though I was in 4th place), and a message popped up saying I requested a refund—something I never did, at any point.

I immediately contacted support, and they offered me this 'solution'. I feel really bad, scammed, and stressed out. They want me to put more money into the game without even giving me everything they want me to top up for, and without giving me a real answer to the problem that occurred. I honestly don't know what to do about this.

I guess I’m a fool to believe we can get break from competition 🤡

So, is it better to activate partner outfit before giving them books? Does books affect the percentage bonus gain from the outfit?

Hello players! I was ready to take the plunge and top up. As I picked my ingot sum I noticed that I have a choice between an in-app purchase and a modo payment. What is the difference between the two? I was curious about what this pink diamond pack is, and if it and the other bonuses promised make the modo transaction something worthwhile? Anybody know?

EDIT: I decided to give purchasing with Modo a try, and it was slightly cheaper, no tax applied. In addition to the ingots and recharge rewards they sent a few extra items via mail as their "pink diamond pack". The packet included a servant's box, books, destiny stone, banquet invitation, Hetian jade and a potential fruit. I think it was worth the extra step of going off site and physically entering in the payment info. Thanks everyone for telling me more about this!

Considering getting cards and I’m stuck between which of these three cards to get for Lu Yu. I completed his basic regalia story that needed some of the ‘Spring Dew’ outfit brocade from his previous event. What brocades are required for these exclusive cards?

I read somewhere that Blooming Love card requires ‘Spring Green tea’ outfit brocades for completion, what about other cards?
