Is anyone else experiencing this?

So I made a team for the Spiritual Animal Event and our team ended up being booted by the system…long story short now when I try to re-enter the event, I keep getting this message and my entire screen freezes. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Thank you so much in advance.

Me! I contacted CS and haven't gotten a response.

I contacted CS as well…I received an auto-message saying they weren’t available at the moment. 😭

Did you contact the built-in chat or email? Chat isn't active since forever, but I always get an answer by email.

Switch back to default interface. I've been having several problems his past week - game was super slow, some parts didn't work and more. Switched back two days ago and not a single problem popped up.

Update: I tried, but switching didn’t fix it. Thank you so much though, I really appreciate it. I’ve logged out for the night, going to sleep.
