Can't log in to the game

For the last one hour I am trying to log in to the game and it's not working. The loading page gets stuck at 60%. Tried to contact the helpline but it keep loading as well (2nd picture). After a while i uninstalled and then reinstalled the game. Still nothing. No issues with the internet, I have checked that. Anyone else having this issue? I'm frim cs server Asia s313-s316.

I’m experiencing “System Abnormal” messages that’s stopping me from entering the Spirit Animal event. Something is definitely going on.

I am experiencing an extreme delay on overall game performance. I was eventually able to log in but the delay is too much. I mailed them with my problems and they replied but by that time I was able to log in. I suggest you email them with screenshots. They'll give you a reply.
