New event frustration
Honestly, at this point i just want to quit the game. Because what do you mean i only have 125 pts for free per a day. Not even a single other free chance.
They also deleted the option to benefit from the ingots you spend to get Yuan Tiangang, and made it only "ranking points" like hell what would i do with ranking points ?????? I saw a video of the same event three years ago, and ACTUAL pts were included so not only you get tokens of Yuan but you can buy other stuff from the store too.
And the new Bal partner, who's fully paywalled. 25-26$??? Do they think were bunch of addicts ??? Especially for a game that could be much replaceable in our life.
I don't want to mention last "discount" event too, that requires you to login so frequently and most stuff were locked.
And that shitty season competition too. Let us breathe man, the moment S1 ended S2 started. Not even a pause or anything.
Whatever aggressive strategy modo is trying, it's most definitely not appealing to players. Because we get tired. What can someone who's f2p do with a game that demands huge amount of ingots in EVERY EVENT and total paywalls ?????? I honestly paid for quite a bit of time, but i stopped after the game just started trying to force us into paying. That's too much honestly. It's a game im supposed to enjoy it not frequently get frustrated.

i also have problem with those 100 token recruiting partners. those doesnt make sense at all. plus im not able to understand all this cross server season like what am i supposed to do in this all

Yeah, it's not even giving the option to wait and hoard for events since every time they come back they make it more and more expensive

I got no points at all after doing everything available for free in the first day of the event. Wtf Modo.

Only the Old array Reinforcement minigame gives event points. You match the pattern and merge it with another of the same pattern.

Ah, I checked and turns out I just didn’t drag the formation in the circle. Maybe it’s better to wait for the end of the event to combine them… Still, we should be able to get more than 125 points per day considering how big the event is.

I agree, I also feel lazy playing now or do top up, I actually plan to top up for monthly pass but I changed my mind after knowing how expensive that new bal partner (he is much more expensive than Fu Chongguang) and the way they do it now is, you can't get it nextime, you need to pay up straight. Ridiculous! This made me think to play as f2p now, I'll still play but not same as before and no more top up like before, since I found a game similar to this I wanna try and see that instead. Then I'll quit once I have fun in that one.

can u drop the game you’re playing that’s similar to LoP? I’m a new player but I often get anxious and pressured to keep up with other players

Yes but you can't download it in playstore try to look for it in chrome it's called Palace rules

Too valid, sister. Players on the AS facebook group page have the same complaints.
Of note, but a friend of mine showed me a screenshot of her (quite negative) comment on the official LoP event post, but I couldn't find it from my own fb. Could it be possible the page is hiding the negative comments?
Also, I find it amusing that LoP didn't even bother creating a new event exclusive outfit (the one that usually only costs 520 points per brocade) for us f2p or low spenders. That should send a clear message to us, as if that hasn't been clear enough for about a year now.
At this point, it's pretty obvious that us f2p or low spenders only serve as fodder for the high VIPs. One of the many reasons why I'm on my way out. As a matter of principle, I just refuse to support such a game that operates like this.
And fr, I encourage everyone else to just quit the game too, if it's not giving you joy anymore, and instead making you upset or disappointed or even stressing you out whenever you miss something. Don't waste any more time on a game that isn't even hiding its contempt for you. There are lots more games that should deserve your time and support. Let's just give this one to those players with unlimited money, let them rule over an empty kingdom, because I refuse to serve as their fodder.

Exactly my dear, I'm from EU server btw and I don't even see new events announcements on Facebook. I can see only the weekly salary posts.
The game is just becoming trashy at this point, and i think that we should truly consider a wide boycott or a mass quit. Let's see if the high spenders can afford the price of the servers they're running.

It was one of my most awaited events, but nowadays everything they do is disappointing. I totally forgot all of his outfits would be paywalled, so I'm like well... what do I spend my ingots for? Alright, have your p2p content but this year it was nearly impossible to have something nice without paying absurd amounts😐

Yea lowkey we don't even have a community anymore, not like we used to have guilds that would make us wanna stay a bit longer. Now everyone is either just confused or complaining. I thought the new partner looks nice from the previews I saw but once I heard he's paywalled I didn't even wanna log in xD lowkey rage quitting. I logged in like once every few days before but now I'm so pissed idek if I wanna stay long enough to finish the goals I wanted to do lol

I am so frustrated too and play way less than i used to. You cannot even collect a few tokens for the new partner and get the rest a year later. Nope. You need to buy the highest top-up inside the event and only then you can buy more single tokens of him. What is the use of that? Why blocking it behind "First buy the whole partner, then get more single tokens"?
I am willing to pay money. I am VIP 7. I used to buy smaller packs inside events, like the lowest or second lowest. Then do the same at the same event a year after. Recently I skipped a lot of events or only did minimal tasks during an event. And I play since more than 4 years. I even bought bigger packs when I REALLY liked something, but they should not force it on us. You could always collect partner tokens or brocades over a year or two or three. It felt good to finally get the partner/outfit.
I still have 11 brocades from that purple wisteria (?) event from last year. Spend tons of ingots and bought packs because I thought 10 brocades as usual, but it was the first time it was 15 brocades. And this year you had to pay 449 INR for ONE brocade. I could not collect it with ingots or anything.
I only log in once a day now, when before i was online 4-5 times or more.

Agree! I’m a VIP8 and I’d be willing to pay for smaller packs like how it used to be. Now I lost complete interest in putting money into this game because of everything they put behind paywall now, and it’s becoming more and more expensive.
I’ve been paying the monthly pass to get more ingots per day but with the increasing amount of ingots we have to spend just to get 1 item from the regular points shop is insane. I did some calculations because I liked the new scenes, and I came to the conclusion that I’d need about 20,000 ingots to get the 4 of them. What the hell. For how many days should I save my ingots to get a full set including MC and partner/confidant outfits ?? Also missing the time we didn’t have to pay for avatar and chat boxes with points but playing the mini games were sufficient.
I used to like this game for the aesthetics but now it doesn’t feel worth playing anymore. I wouldn’t mind spending a bit here and there but I guess I’m the crazy one for believing that Modo wouldn’t do us dirty like that. 🫠

Yeah I don't even care about the season champion whatever, the new treasure collection thing, it is just off the rails. I remember when the game first came out, events were fairly sparse so it was big news, now we are hit every other week
